How to create project codes in Primavera P6
Very nicely explained to clear all basic concepts
Dear all, just have a question that how A Sample B sample C Sample and D sample connect to the 5 APQP Phase? Like A Sample should be only prototype then it should belongs to phase 2 product development. But how about BCD Samples?
the APQP process, "A Sample," "B Sample," "C Sample," and "D Sample" represent different stages of product development, with each sample progressively closer to production quality, aligning with the different phases of APQP, typically with "A Sample" being the earliest prototype in the design phase and "D Sample" representing a near-production part in the validation phase. Breakdown of Sample Types and APQP Phases: Phase 1: Plan and Define Program (A Sample): This is the initial design stage where "A Sample" would be a basic prototype used for initial feasibility testing and design verification, often with basic functionality and potentially significant design changes needed. Phase 2: Product Design and Development (B Sample): "B Sample" represents a more refined prototype with improved design features, addressing feedback from the "A Sample" testing, and closer to the intended final product characteristics. Phase 3: Process Design and Development (C Sample): "C Sample" signifies a pre-production prototype, where the manufacturing process is being optimized, and the sample is produced using near-production methods, allowing for further validation of design and process capability. Phase 4: Product and Process Validation (D Sample): "D Sample" is considered the final production-intent sample, with minimal design changes expected, used for comprehensive testing and validation to ensure the product meets all quality requirements before full production launch. Key points to remember: Progression of Quality: As you move from "A" to "D" sample, the quality and level of detail should increase, reflecting the refinement of the design and manufacturing process throughout the APQP phases. Testing and Feedback: Each sample is typically subject to rigorous testing and feedback loops to identify and address potential issues before proceeding to the next phase. Customer Involvement: Depending on the project, customer involvement in reviewing and approving samples may occur at different stages, particularly with "C" and "D" samples.

Thank you sir
Very good grammar sir. You have a great way of explaining and teaching things in English.
Not sooo exciting explanation. Was eagerly waiting for what would come next. But disappointed.

👌👌👌👌👌👌👌 👌👌👍👍👌
Awesome
Best of all the videos available on APQP. Thanks a ton for a detailed explanation
2:35 planned value is 2000 $ naa?? How it could. Be 2500$ as for 1 wall it takes 1000$ so for 2 walls it will take 2000$ so planned.value is 2000$ May be earned value could be 2500$ by mistakenly u swapped the values??
Simply consider Earned value is the budged value of workdone. Here work done is 2 so per wall completion amount per wall(1000) multiplied with 2 = 2000 (Earned Value) however you planned that on day 25 what 2.5 wall should be completed which is 1000*2.5 = 2500(planned value). Hope it would help you
Sir your explanation of quality principle is so good and sir I request you to make more videos regarding to quality
