It depends on what you want to do and your goal... Don't look at the money, do what you love and find out 1st if you need to go to school for it, like being a doctor, you can't learn that from youtube or the internet in general
a general business degree can definitely help. My friend has a Pho restaurant and I think he was a car lot car washer before. He got funding from family and ran it for 3 years before it was self sufficient from staff. He said one of the hardest was learning health codes.
No need for a degree. It helps sometimes - but not a requirement. Best thing is to do the actual thing via. working at a shop for exp. or starting it up yourself and learning bit by bit. Don't let a piece of paper be the thing that stops you from your dreams.

You could choose to become a loan official, I know a company which are currently training people.
