I am confident about the product cuz people loved it but i live in a very small town so yea...i have to work harder to get customer but i am happy 😁thank you for ur kind words it means a lot

Brooki I think you might need a bigger shop, that is such a tiny space to cook, decorate and assemble orders, I don't know where you get your energy from, coffee can only carry you so far, well done and they all look gorgeous but sadly I live in Ireland which is too far away from your shop

When I did cakes, I would always bake and freeze them and decorate frozen. I baked at 325°, it takes longer to bake and rises higher, I would level when the cake was in the pan, flip out on a board, and freeze. Love watching your channel, I miss doing cakes.
