    You sparkling professional woman are one good Dr/teacher! Thank you for another good video. I am a strange mixture it seems, - or just lacking rhythms and lots of sleep-catch-up. how is all health Yang, when sleep is Yin and necessary for healing as well? Maybe positive and negative kinds.
    I wish TCM Drs would tell me what they do and observe, so I can follow a little. I know they want me to not overthink, and for themselves probably not to have too much work. But it increases my presence, enthusiasm, will to heal, when being a part(ner). Otherwise I am foggy, unreal, down, isolated and lose life-will from Drs who withold info. I wish I could be your patient.All the best!

    I used an acupuncturist years ago - she was excellent. Sadly, she retired. Now it’s just many corporate type doctors who push medications- like bandaids. I am on a quest to find a knowledgeable acupuncturist in my area. Getting back to the acupuncturist I saw years ago. The first thing she looked at was my tongue and diagnosed me with anemia. She suggested different foods but her bedside matter if you will was excellent. I miss her.

    I heard that every point is connected to 5 elements.

I have no idea how to understand them in a scientific way. I have just had acupuncture and then I also had moxibustion another time and I have felt it. Regarding yang, sinking, not comtrolling blood-- are you saying you these are mutually exclusive progressions of spleen qi? And dampness is an add on? So you could have spleen yang def. W/dampness. But spleen yang sinking with dampness does not exist?

    • @Acuproacademy
      @Acuproacademy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Spleen Yang sinking is not a pattern, it’s either SP Qi sinking or SP Yang deficiency, they both can have dampness as well because spleen being deficient, it cannot transform & transport fluids, so they accumulate 🌷and someone can have more than one spleen pattern 🥰
