Hello Clara, thank you for the great video! Could you explain a little bit, at the end of the video regarding the consistency you explain that thick and sticky means damp heat but in the colour section you suggest that white and thick means cold damp. So, if its white and thicky and a bit sticky what it is?
    Thank you

    • @Acuproacademy

Sure 😍 white & sticky is damp cold but yellow and thick sticky is damp heat, the colour is what determine cold or heat 🌷

Thank you so much for this! I would love to have a private consultation with you. How much do you charge? I am 24 years old but since I was 16 Ive been having bleeding between my periods and lately its gotten worse. Ive gone to several doctors and all they can offer is birth control pills. I tried it and didnt like it. My period went away all together and am against that because it’s unnatural. I am seriously DESPERATE! It feels like I have 2 periods per month 😭😭 Please help! Thank you 💜

      Hi Michelle,
I'm happy to hear you're enjoying my videos :)
I"m sorry you're having some issues with your menses, that's sucks!
Unfortunately I can't treat online with someone I've never seen before in person first...
The only thing I can recommend is for you to google "Seed Cycling", many of my patients have used it to help regulate their periods. It's just food, so no risk of side effects :)
