  • Liver Qi Stagnation is probably the most common TCM pattern of diagnosis I see in clinical practice.
In this video, I share the causes of Liver Qi Stagnation, the consequences (what happens if we don't address it!), the symptoms, and basic treatment including acupuncture points, Chinese herbal formulas, and nutrition.

Dear Clara, being the student of TCM for the last 2.5 years and still 2 more to go with a lot of postgradual courses afrerwards I have to say that without your amazing videos (and books as well) I would not be able to understand and manage my studies. Everytime I go through my school lectures being completely confused and stressed (working on getting my own LV QI stagnation :-) ) I am so glad I can also use your video lectures. They help me so so much. I wish I had more time, I would watch your videos over and over and over ..... 😀 I love your "crazy" style and the way you handle such difficult topics. I admire your knowledge as well as your passion for TCM. YOU ARE THE REAL TCM STAR!

Dr. Diagnosed me with liver chi stagnation with spleen deficiency and stomach in rebel. He also says it’s overheating my large intestines which is what’s causing my chronic constipation. You were saying weak spleen gives you loose stools. Is that always the case with weak spleen or do other factors come into play to cause constipation? I always ere on the side of constipation rather than loose stools.
