  • FULL HOW TO VIDEO ON INSTALLING THE OIL INJECTION BLOCK OFF PLATE ON YOUR 200CC YAMAHA BLASTER! We just got this Blaster a few weeks ago & wanted to use our own premix instead of adding oil in the tank.

    Awesome vid! So I'm going to get a blaster and I've never worked with them before. Do you think I should do this after I get it running? And what does it do anyway? What will i have to change if I do this? Thx😊

    What do you have to do to the wiring at the oil tank?

      @acase11  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I put heat shrink at the ends to protect them

    Just got a Yamaha blaster recently with the oil injection block off on it how do you check your gear oil do you still have to fill it by the sight glass

    • @acase11
      @acase11  ปีที่แล้ว

      Just drain it all out when the engine is hot and then measure out the amount that it says on the engine case (0.7L = 700 CC’s)

    Did you have to rejet your carb after putting the plug over the carb where the oil injection hose went? Some people say you have to

    • @acase11
      @acase11  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Never did. It’s rejected for the pipe but that about it

    Let me ask a dumb question can you just block of lines? What if I hooked little line and big line together would it just recirculate ?🤔

      You definitely can but I didn’t want to risk the gears breaking off inside the pump itself

    What brand skid plates do you have? And does the skid plate touch the frame or is there a gap in between?

    • @acase11
      @acase11  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure on the skid plates. They completely touch the frame also. It might be OEM

      Deffinitly, eliminates having to use the oil jug. I run VP racing T2 or 110 & AMsoil at 30:1
