I bought this album in 2008, in a record store in Glasgow after hearing them in Germany the year before. Still have and cherish this album. Whos here in 2023❤
this band is so fucking good it makes me so depressed with how good it is. the music is extremely matured and it drives right into the heart. i imagine meeting these girls and i would be more star struck because of their authenticity than i would by anyone else. holy i just cant believe how good they sound live. ive enjoyed their music for years but recently found these lives.
One of the most honest, pure vocalists ever to take the stage. Sometimes, true artists like this can be missed in the blink of an eye, and at least this one had the opportunity to share their pain/love/anguish and overall talent with the world for a brief period. She has made her mark.
Most bands stick around too long. They never had the opportunity to make a bad record. I think their short life span contributes to the urgency and special quality.
I found them in 1 topic dedicated to the post punk music, downloaded their tracks and liked them much. then I learned that the band didn't exist anymore. too bad since their tracks are so cool and touching.
Gotta give Mr. Johnny Marr some credit for the influence. No doubt this guitarist would still have been amazing, but also nice to appreciate previous artists that influenced others to make newer art. Cheers!
Those first few seconds on guitar... That's more Johnnymarresque than even Johnny Marr can manage. I'm still sad that the Organ canceled on Dour festival when I wanted to see them, but I'm happy the videos are still here!
everytime i listen to the organ I feel so connected and emotional. it hurts me to see this, ive never seen them live and its so cold, so dead... so opposite of how i feel when i listen to them. now i can see why they split up. its an amazing footage tho, thank you so much for uploading this.
Beautiful voice, I especially loved this music growing up and it reminds me of my youth now. Im very glad I saw that skate video that used 'Brother' in the soundtrack, thats how I found out about The Organ. It's too bad, this band and Katie Sketch is a gem, and I read that she can't release solo work because of record contract BS, which is a sin. Katie Sketch is a Canadian talent I am proud of for once lol
Just when I felt like I have missed her unique vocal color and made a search, I have come across this great surprise! This is a poor “Thank You” effort for such a precious gift, definitely made my day❤️❤️❤️

2024! :-D
Same here Avalanche
i can't believe that this video actually exist. thank you so much valerie, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
me neither. I AM IN AWE. now I can say one of the best gigs I've witnessed was... on youtube :) cheers.
Love them...they had been a súper cult band
Dimi ya. Resmen aldı götürdü ergenliğime.. eşsiz.

Same!!! my heart is in so much pain!!

A band that should've lasted much, much longer

Yeh such a wasted talent in one band its sad they should reform.
This bands songs are original and timeless they should reform because individually there nowhere together there a band..
Lightning in a bottle ⚡
The most inspiring guitar riffage of my adult life.. I revisit this album all the time and glad this got posted... Bummer they didn't push further..
ikr , the type of band you expect at least 3 or 4 albums

@@gregs6424 why only Johnny Marr and not Morrisey? The influence of Smiths is obvious, but adorable! And a little bit of Cure, also...
0:17 Sudden Death
3:16 I Am Not Suprised
5:44 Love, Love, Love
tesekkurler dostum :)
If they had also played “even in the night “, that set list would have been complete
@@joachimpeiper8076 You're right, that's a great song!
Thanks
an invaluable document - thank you for filming and sharing this footage of a brilliant band that was broken up before many of us got to see them live
Those first few seconds on guitar... That's more Johnnymarresque than even Johnny Marr can manage. I'm still sad that the Organ canceled on Dour festival when I wanted to see them, but I'm happy the videos are still here!
not one bad song was ever released from this Band. Thanks for this awesome clip in such a good quality.
So good. That bass player SLAPPED. Still not one artist or band that is quite like the Organ to this day. I miss her voice so much.
She was able to take the best from Mozz and blended into something more honest and pure
i’ve been watching this every day for 19 days now…
As a very big fan of the Organ I thank you from the bottom of my organ for this video.
everytime i listen to the organ I feel so connected and emotional.

Still sounds amazing.
How was this band not huge?? I discovered them about 10 years ago and I will never understand whet they didn't blow up..
All of love for The Organ
'Grab that Gun' is a gem of beauty...what an album...
Still bumpin in ‘23
One of my favorite bands with one of the best albums. I can play it in full all the time! Thanks for uploading this gem.
‘Brother’ featured in the 2004 epic snowboard film “Positron” by Whiteout films. Loved that segment!
valerie, finding this video here has been one of the few good things in 2020. thank you very much ♥️
As long as Im concerned, the best Canadian band of all Time. Thank you so much for sharing!
ça sonne super ! J'adore !
merci!
Tears flow. I lived to see that. I love so much! Thanks for upload.
2024 y las sigo amando.

GREAT BAND
Dear lord. My fomo of missing their shows grows stronger.
I saw them live back in the Autumn of 2005 in Athens. Such a nice band
Luckyyyy
Quelle merveille!

Just heard them for the first time today, "Basement Song", where have I been? They are Great!!!
i miss this band so much
+1 :)
Merveilleux guitariste!

Wow.. Just wow..
Thank you.
this is SACRED
Such great quality of sound and image. Love this band. Thx for uploading it. 🇦🇷
Thank you for uploading this! Their music was the soundtrack of my teenage years. I wish I’d had the chance to see them live.

Que Alegria encontrar este recital The Organ gracias !! Valerie ❤❤😍
las amo
Awesome, thank you!!
This is so unfair. They have perfect composing, poetic lyrics, and a thick and heavy night-like vocal, but with a band life that too short to be bad……
Very nice band. Too bad i was not à La Maroquinerie in 2006. I have discovered this band around 2005, some music listened on a french radio.
El bajo 🖤
Esto es perfecto!!!
Thanks for posting this, I feel like the band is reunited and I'm at their concert!
Thanks you for this present to my heart
Vi amo ancora
I love that I found this. Its been too long.
Such a cool band... my friends and I had fun covering Steve Smith recently
Excelllent!
excellent post punk, one of the greats in fact!
OMG thanks for share, I always want to watch them at a concert
Super!
we want katie back :(
Que buenas son... Qué pena que duraron tan poco...🖤🖤🖤
Unreal craftsmanship, the perfect live
Heard them first in a skate video wizard of radical I think it was called
Fucking love this band ;((( what happened. Also amazing upload thanku
