Never gets old, I could watch this over and over again. Forever, this beauty will be miss by so many; myself included. She is amazing inside and out, beautiful, and she sounds amazing. So many passenger 747's has been retired or in the process to retire them. I do understand why, but I'll miss them. I got lucky to fly on 2 different 747-400's; I will remember that and will keep my videos of them. JFK is a great Airport, just make sure you have a 3 plus hour layover in between. Awesome plane spotting at JFK, they really do look and sound amazing. It's sad to think that way back then, you had hundreds of 747's and now, you barely get a handful unless it's cargo. Forever, beautiful. Awesome video, I love it,

I'm looking forward to this. i grew up about 4 miles east of runways 4L and 4R, which the Canarsie approach gets used a lot in the afternoon for arrivals. I could see the planes on final and would watch them for hours when I was little. I learned geography by learning the different airlines and where they came from. 747s and Concorde were the best.

As a kid growing up in NY around 1984/1985, my parents had a boat. Not very fancy, 15 foot, outboard motor. We used to island hop in Jamaica bay. One afternoon we found ourselves on the end of 1 of the runways. We had no idea. I thought it was great how low the planes were. About 10 minutes later, NYPD Harbor Patrol showed up and informed us where we were. LOL
