I'm so old I remember when the AF flight Paris-Mexico used to stop in Houston (IAH) instead of being nonstop like now. In fact, I was a guest on the AF inaugural 747 IAH-MEX.
As an anxious person on the plane until the plane lands safely. I really appreciate it when the captains take the time to reassure us by telling us if turbulence is expected during the flight, it allows us to be reassured and to anticipate less sudden movements during the flight which can be stressful for people like me.

Being a world traveler I have been watching MOST of the J/P . Shows but this is one of the very BEST. Captain Marovich is Explaining Pilots procedures so simple and precise that everybody can Understand I suggest that other Pilots should learn from this Very Polite and very competent pilot how to ensure passengers that there flights will be safe. Love Mexico City! It’s a very cool city to see both by air and land. It was REALLY sweet about 35 years ago when I did a semester of study. I had a boyfriend, and he took me to Cuernavaca to his “country house” which consisted of an incredible horse ranch, swimming pool,chef and maid who lived on the property. I was completely spoiled by him. His favorite mare foaled overnight and I got to witness that spectacular event. I also recall drawing a picture for the maid’s daughter who wanted a picture of an elephant. Thanks to air travel and these kind of pilots which make these kind of experiences happen for ppl and some sweet memories.
The 1st Officer has a huge responsibility on his shoulders. Imagine doing all those checks on the aircraft, ensuring that all is in order before it takes off with its TOTAL LOAD. I really appreciate all the Captains & the 1st Officer. ❤❤❤❤❤
He speaks really good English with a slight french accent. If i compare it with spanish pilots with their strong accent when talking to non speaking spanish passengers.
Nice adventure! At first, I didn’t think the captain was French; he speaks English with almost no accent. This video must be from the mid-2010s since Air France hasn’t used the 747 since then.

Being a world traveler I have been watching MOST of the J/P . Shows but this is one of the very BEST. Captain Marovich is Explaining Pilots procedures so simple and precise that everybody can Understand I suggest that other Pilots should learn from this Very Polite and very competent pilot how to ensure passengers that there flights will be safe. This Captain, his competence and attitude, towards everything, is the BEST PROMOTION to Air France ever. They should use it some smart way in their Communication to public, and even Recruting. They are stupid if not his example in their internal trainig. I m sure they do so. Bon voyage!

Love Mexico City! It’s a very cool city to see both by air and land. It was REALLY sweet about 35 years ago when I did a semester of study. I had a boyfriend, and he took me to Cuernavaca to his “country house” which consisted of an incredible horse ranch, swimming pool,chef and maid who lived on the property. I was completely spoiled by him. His favorite mare foaled overnight and I got to witness that spectacular event. I also recall drawing a picture for the maid’s daughter who wanted a picture of an elephant. Thanks to air travel and these kind of pilots which make these kind of experiences happen for ppl and some sweet memories.

Nice adventure! At first, I didn’t think the captain was French; he speaks English with almost no accent. This video must be from the mid-2010s since Air France hasn’t used the 747 since then.

Very nice ,now I know why I've seen pilots wallking checking the plaines the frist thing I would do is make sure the diesel fuel gauge is full. Andnot go anywhere near the huge fans. Your planes are very clean and the crew perfectional thank you now to my city!!!!!
