whell with a used Cessna you cannot land in sea paradise ;-) well this are microlights cost . we are fully in the range and even cheaper than others EU brands . Where are you in the world ? I can easy image that you can get a used Cessna for that cost . But this is the cost of a microlight with similar engine ( Rotax ) absolutelly normal

Yes normally a microlight licxence is required off course . max range is about 5 hours flying ( with extende range installed ) at about 70 km/h crusing speed ( top speed 85 km/h ) max celling about 2500 mt above sea level ( alone probably more ) pay load about 200 Kg ( Max Take Off Weight 450 Kg ) csot around 25000 Euro ( starting )
