Newcastle fan here, I come in peace! I originally said a draw for this game, but I'm a little less optimistic now. We put a little bit of form together, but the story of our season is that we can look back to our best in one game and then look an absolute mess the next so I'm not too convinced about this one. I like Palace though, one of the best grounds in the league for atmosphere and I think Glasner is a great appointment. So, best of luck goinh forward, just not tomorrow. See you down there! HWTL.
P.s Wharton looks like a fantastic signing.

@wayne5240 I'm a Palace fan and I agree with you. You did not play at the weekend , well rested . Smashed Spurs last week. I would be suprised if we get a draw let alone win. 1- 3 Newcastle . Mid-week travelling always affects long-distance teams. This time, however, Newcastle have had a long break and Eddie Howe has had a long time to prepare. That is the problem here. Crystal Palace and Newcastle are in-form. Newcastle are more adaptable and are more likely to get a result. Gordon and Bruno are the key men to curtail. If that can be managed, then it will be a tight game.
Also going 3-1 Palace. I think speed on the back line with Richards and Clyne will help intercepting the long balls to Isak and Gordon, and Wharton and Hughes will cause just enough trouble for Bruno to create turnovers and transition opportunities. Bummed I won't be able to watch live. UTP!!
Really tough game, very hard to call... I could see us cracking on with a cheeky win, i could see Newcastle winning comfortably and I can see us cancelling each other out with a draw...
But I'm super optimistic right now so I'm saying 3-2 Palace! 😂
