I have owned mine for a month now. Very much like the one in this video. I traded in an '18 Sonata. It had zero problems/issues, it actually ran and drove just like new, but I wanted the new technology the '21 has. You'll be very pleased with this car. My only gripes are minor ones. I prefer the transmission handle over the push button selector. No grab handle inside the trunk lid, which I fixed by installing one on my own. I bought a $2 kitchen drawee handle at the hardware store and attached it to the felt liner of the trunk lid. Just make sure there's plenty of clearance. Took about 10 minutes to install.

I will be a senior in high school. I have a 2015 Black Camry XLE hybrid. Sticker price was $33k and the value on my car is now $8k, not to mention it was wrecked 8 times by my family members. I have to trade it in next year. I’m definitely considering a Hyundai Sonata, cheaper insurance, much better gas mileage too… My camry is a hybrid and burns gas like crazy and it was bought brand new. My seats are leather but fake, I want cloth. I really like suvs but the suvs this generation suck. I need something easy and light. My hands hurt in a tight steering wheel. What do you guys say???
In the hopes that I as a first year college student gets his license soon, I would love this car as my first! Still need to start saving for the down payment which I want to pay all by myself and not get any help from my folks but in these times, I can't even get a part-time job. Hopefully soon things turn brighter!

Iggy Bounce the engines are fairly similar. The 1.6L turbo and the 2.5 L produce roughly the same power with roughly the same fuel efficiency. I would not personally use that as a reason to spend the extra money to get to the SEL plus, but there are many other features that come with it to consider. But yes, in a world where crossovers are taking over I see this as a hoo-ra for sedans and a bright point for an entire sector of the automotive industry. College is going good; grades are good and all is well, but very busy. Good news is we filmed 15 episodes over winter break so we have plenty of content coming. I know I fell in love with the Volvo XC-40 when I saw the bright orange interior, like, hello yes? I want! And awesome! :D I, unfortunately, had to drop out of college last year for mental health. But health first always, dedicating 2020 toward 100% healing, which seems to be working. Just not being immediately useful. Lol What's your majors? I was Criminal Justice, but once I fix my health, gonna go back and eventually get a law degree. With something game related for a minor, if lucky!

Hope car designs get more out there, while filming this we talked to a Hyundai employee who was at a corporate event and told us the new Tucson will disguise its headlights and you wont even see them until they are turned on, looking forward to seeing more cool designs like that. Cole is majoring in computer engineering, I’m majoring in economics, and Colin is currently at a community college but is interested in environmental and biological studies. I hate to correct as I know how hard it is to do these video, but I think you're saying the infotainment screen is 12" and the SE and SEL have the 8". The Plus and Limited have the 12". The one in the video is 8", sounds like you said 12". Otherwise great video.

Even the base SE is already equiped with lots of techno stuff. Hyundai have too since they have to compete with the Camry and Accord in sales. If only people knew the value of the Sonata over the competitors. My wife and I almost purchased the 2022 Honda Civic EX until we saw the 2021 SEL on sale. Much bigger space with more driver aids and safety technologies at the same price. Not to mention the luxury feeling of the Sonata's interior.
