How does this compare to a Fitbit Inspire 2 in terms of accuracy and features?
Great review. How is the accuracy of heart rate when cycling because road vibration impacts hear rate a lot. And is the spo2 any good? Also is the barometer compass and altimeter present and accurate?

Heart rate is decent, but definitely not top of the line. I would go with a Xiaomi Band 7 if you were looking for better heart rate at this price point. Sp02 is also not bad, but it really takes a very bad one to stand out. It does not have a barometer, compass or altimeter sadly. Hopefully that is helpful

Does Amazfit Bip 3 or Bip Pro (or any other fitness watch for that matter) measure CO2 (carbon dioxide) levels in the blood or just the SpO2?

Does it have an AMOLED display?
Does the Bip Pro 3 include BMR and add calories burned throughout the day like Fitbit does?
My current honor band 5 is the worst heart tracker. My heart rate could be 150 and it says 100. Lol. I'm just looking for a replacement for calories and heart rate tracker.
From all of I'm aware of the app and the device I do not see it counting either one of those things. It will show calories burned in a workout but no BMR

Any details on he GPS usage? I want to be able to see latitude and longitude.
I'm not entirely sure, but I do not believe you will see exact longitude and latitude on the watch itself.

its not an AMOLED Display. its a LCD and because of that theres no always on display. maybe a dealbreaker for most users.
That is totally a mistake on my part. Thank you for pointing it out and I'm going to place a fix in the description.
Sad not AMOLED. What is the next cheap option with same specs but an AMOLED?
Something like the Amazfit Band 7 would be around the same price
@@FitnessWithFrost it's good that the band 7 is AMOLED but I think it doesn't have an onboard GPS.
You are comparing it to whoop 4 and whoop 4 underestimates higher heart rate compared to h10.
In a way amazefit bip 3 pro is more accurate to real heart rate.
Which & how many GPS version of BIP 3 pro does have ? What about its GPS accuracy ? What about durability because I am looking for a fitness tracker that atleast lasts for 2 years . Kindly help me to get the durable fitness watch .
I did a bit on the GPS accuracy in the video. As far as the durability is concerned, 2 years is probably around the lifetime of this band. The build isn't the best quality, but the bands are very easily replaced.

Yes the Bio 3 pro does have the same 4 GPS's on it

Your max heart rate was 121? Really??? Is it not accurate enough?
For its price it is pretty good, but it's not that accurate with high intensity interval workouts

Yes you have a GPS on the band itself so you can go on runs without your phone
