Excellent review! I have a single question:
Can the watch track Weight lifting exercises? GTR 4 does as well as normal GTS 4. But I see no mention on the product page of GTS 4 mini for strength training/weight lifting. I am talking about bench press, dumbbell curls etc (its Note 5 on bottom of the product page on GTS4 and GTR4 but not on mini).
Unfortunately not. At the session called Sports Features, this functionality appears on gts4's page, but not on mini's. I've bought the mini, so it's said. But the big version is too expensive

It is automatically recorded, but it will take a couple of minutes to start automatically. So I would recommend that you start it first in the screen hopefully that is helpful

It really comes down to the screen size you would like in my opinion. I'm a big fan of what Amazfit is doing and they are growing fast in the wearables space. I haven't really had full trust in Xiaomi the way I do with Amazfit to keep up.

I'm looking for my first smart watch and I've been watching a lot of your videos but I'm still stumped on what watch to buy. This watch seems great but I'm on a budget, so do you think I should get the bip 3 pro, a different budget watch, or wait for the xiaomi mi band 7 pro which looks great ? You have lots of experiences with smartwatches so your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Should be very happy with the Bip 3 pro. You can also save money by doing the regular Bip 3. I ordered the Band 7 pro, but I don't think I'm going to get it for another 5 days

The Garmin will be more accurate and with a better app as well. I would definitely go with the SQ2 if you are looking for better accuracy

This wouldn't happen to have a wheelchair workout, would it? I'd really like that. I'm in a wheelchair, and I'd love to track my calorie burn when I go on long rolls. I roll for miles, but I'm not sure my Fitbit is giving me an accurate calorie count because it doesn't have Wheelchair as an activity.

Sadly this does not have a wheel chair exercise either. Also I'm a general sense the calories burned it an exercise is never going to be that accurate because everyone's body responds differently. I would try not to focus on calories burned that much. Just like if you were doing a strength exercise, the band will never know if that is a 5lbs weight or a 50lbs weight. Hopefully that is helpful
Could you give me your opinion between Huawei Watch Fit 2 and Amazfit GTS 4 mini?
I've been a bigger fan of Amazfit as they are really growing in the fitness wearable space, but Hauweis have typically been a little bit more accurate with heart rate. I haven't gotten my hands on either one, but hopefully that's a little helpful

How's the vibration strength of the 4 mini? Enough to wake you up?
Do you typically not feel vibrations on other bands? I feel as though the vibration is enough, but some people are deeper sleepers

What do you mean by a full calendar? What kind of functionality are you looking for?

It is truncated a little bit so you have to scroll a bit
I have the Amazfit BIP 3 pro is great as a basic Smart watch but as a fitness tracker is a hit an miss I don't trust the heart rate monitor.
Amazfit is starting to get better, but around it's price point you don't get much better with the same features

So far this wont work for me only got a black screen, if i cant get it to work tomorrow i am handing it back. bought it today, it syncs to my phone and Zeep app, but yea no display or anything just vibrations from the clock.
There is most likely finding seeing with your device. Definitely return it for another one.

My samsung mono speakers never had any water damage. Your voice is muddled in water but the music can he heard clearly.

No altimeter/barometer.
Cannot measure elevation gain or altitude. It assumes you do all your activities at ground level. Greatly disappointed. Regret my purchase. Fxxk Amazfit. Quietly removed this feature which was present in the GTS 2 mini.

It will sync with things like steps, but even that is a little finicky. You won't see it sync your workouts though. Samsung has had a history of walling themselves in and not playing well with others
