Right?!? What a joy it is to see everyone being convivial, sharing good food, good, wine, good fun! After "getting to know" everyone on each others' channels this past year, it's like the happiest of reunions! I am living vicariously watching them all!!!

I got seeing chateau diaries coz of Michaels vlog. 1 yr later im still hooked!
I found you about a year ago from Nicki Positano after she mentioned you’re one of her favorite channels to watch. After watching the first few videos, I was hooked. I have always loved history and its beautiful details and imagining what life used to be like, and I love that you do, too. I never knew chateau life was even a thing until stumbling into your TH-cam world. I love it. I love that you live and breathe the history every single day. Your passion for it is a beautiful thing. As someone else in the comments said, you truly have a wonderful gift in storytelling. My own roots are in journalism and it just makes me appreciate it so much more. You are surrounded by beautiful people and things and stories and you bring them all to life in these videos. Their souls and energy shine through, and it is just so pure and wonderful to watch. Thank you so much for sharing these bits of your adventures and life, family and friends-the genuine love and happiness you have for them shines out of you like sunbeams. And it is contagious. I look forward to your videos and I savor them. I never thought I would love Spode china, toile de jouie, architectural restoration, boulangerie and charity shop trips, and rural France, but here I am, enthralled at all of the above. I can't believe how much the garden is growing! The entrance courtyard is looking amazing. I loved the table setting 💚 Green and White, a favourite colour combination of mine.

Chive flowers make the best infused vinegar ever..and it turns the vinegar pink...
Debbie here,,,,put your chive booms in a jar, pour a nice white wine vinegar over them. Cover, let set for about a month, strain and enjoy the chive vinegar when making dressings for salads...
Wishing Gerald a speedy recovery, I just had knee replacement surgery recently and although the recovery was long, the results are great 👍❤

Oh, it's a must. Back in the day, we had a restaurant that also used raw egg in there's. I mean they were sooo good. I wasn't thrilled to learn of their secret ingredient but, drank them nonetheless
I wonder if they even have Old Bay over there. A lot of folks outside the eastern coast of the US do not even know of it

I love seeing Michael back! He seems even more relaxed then he have before. LOVE Steve and enjoy his wife too (she also seems more relaxed too!) when did that room get the big leaf wallpaper? I watch everything and never saw it?
Likewise, Phew, thought I was going bonkers and somehow missed the mysterious new wallpaper in the entrance reveal.😆
The Entrance was redone last year as part of a British tv show, and she wasn't allowed to show it on her vlogs until the show releases in Britain, which it FINALLY did a few weeks ago, so now we can see the Entrance again in the vlogs.
@@mparker6823 it still hasnt been shown in Britain, thats probably why we havent had a proper reveal. But Stephanie probably got fed up trying to avoid showing it.

Stephanie - don’t try to eat the curry plant. You need curry tree ( Murraya koneigii). Curry plant is just for outdoor scent. I’ve tried to cook with before and it turned out very bitter. Good to see Michael back with you at La Lande!
