I graduated in 2006 from central high school in rapid city, SD. I can promise you that nothing like this ever happened in either SD or NE. If it actually had, news like that spreads like wildfire across the state and the surrounding states. Especially since we had MySpace back then. If 14 families were “paid to stay quiet”, they’re saying that other students or adults/teachers wouldn’t notice 14 students suddenly disappearing from a small, close community all at one time? Stupid.
The volley ball thing is just an internet urban legend. How much resources would have been required to silence everyone? Also, if you had to assassinate someone, you'd pick LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE than a public school during a sport match. It's like picking the worst possible spot and moment possible to do something supposed to stay secret.
Yup. But when you criticize clear and obvious Mandela Effect suddenly everyone has a perfect memory and is convinced that their memory is so good that the entirety of the federal, state, and local government, as well as the entirety of that hometown and the visiting teams hometown, are all lying. 🤦🏽♂️

@ yeah, it’s really sad. I read a article there the Fresno police chief was charged for narcotic crimes and when one other policeman confronted him about it he went up dead. The policeman “ killed him self with 3 shots in the breast “ and last man who saw him was the Fresno police chief.
Do we know what he actually said online? This seems like a lot of trouble and a lot of people involved in 2 different departments in a murder for 1 citizen that didn’t like the city budget.
To correct the ending on the evil stick, another piece of knowledge was that it wasn’t just some big prank but rather intended to be a real toy. Many people who bought the toy afterwards to either review or get more info reported that many of the toys didn’t even have bad imagery, and the discovery of a gambling system was found. There were 3 types of imagery: Good, Neutral, and Evil. Good ones were often anime characters or little pixies and they would make shimmering sorts of sounds. The neutral one were a type I couldn’t find much on, but they usually just had things similar to the good. Now the evil, on the other hand, had more disturbing imagery and the iconic cackling. Some things included zombies, ghouls, and that vampire girl. Now, I don’t exactly remember where I first heard any of the information, but upon further review there are sources that describe this.
i have to say here, this laughter is in most Chinese toys. For decades. from little plastic toys with sweets inside that you would find at your local spar/supermarket... to dolls, telephones and later on "kiddies" cellphones, again with sweets in. here in SA they are a regular at checkout. Some have fans or anything a child can push to activate it.
It could be one of those prank toys. We had candy that looked like fingers, jack in a box, etc. Those were popular around 2010s. The picture did creep me out tho, and it is definitely not meant for children!
Likely an evil company in China made that to encourage kids to do the same. Fentan*l is being used on a mass scale in the same way BUT way more effective.
Just wanted to say I love how you always cut through the bullshit while still leaving things up for interpretation instead of just being cynically skeptical or easily convinced like most other horror creators.
It would be pretty easy to cut through the bullshit just by calling a few police stations in the areas it supposedly took place at, and ask if there was a mass shooting.
“Despite there being absolutely no evidence whatsoever supporting this fake mass shooting claim, we’ll never know one way or the other” yes we will 💀 anyone with integrity wouldn’t even include that gullible garbage
The Volleyball Story is a stretch. We're supposed to believe several families lost a loved one in a shooting and everyone was okay with keeping quiet about it.
It’s called large sums of cash, anyone would shut up if given enough money and continually so. The photos of the incident weren’t adequately explained, that is my contention, you can’t just ignore such a big part of it.
About the paranoid guy, I think he was mostly right. One time the apartment building i was living in was raided by police because of someone who was wanted by the FBI. For weeks prior to the raid my roommate kept bringing up weird things he noticed and my gf and i thought he was going crazy. He mentioned how the same white van would be parked across the street for about 12 hours a day, always coming at the same time and leaving at the same time. He noticed how a guy definitely not from our neighborhood would walk his german shepherd by while on the phone and periodically stop like he was trying to look in the windows. If the police use those tactics to do what theyre supposed to do, whos saying they wouldnt for nefarious purposes, especially corrupt LE departments.
As a Fresno Native. I'm glad you brought up John Lange. I remember watching his videos as he was uploading him. I believe his main issue with FPD was that they were illegally scanning license plates. And when he posted that video with the cameraman in the van, we all collectively lost our SHXT! And the way he died. NONE of us believe it was a Sewer Side.
I like how after all the suspicious activity and obvious surveillance the narrator is gonna act like we all didnt just see what we saw and everything was a coincidence. FOH!
I have looked at that case. It's a very odd case and there is just too much evidence something was happening. However. Some of the...evidence....is very obviously related to paranoia.
I am from Michigan and I never heard of it either. If it actually happened it would of been all over the news. I graduated from high school a few months before the alleged shooing took place.
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006_Platte_Canyon_High_School_hostage_crisis this is what the first one was based off of. Still tragic, people still died, it wasn’t during a volleyball game, and it would explain the “CBI” abbreviation. It stands for Colorado Bureau of Investigation, where this incident happened. Someone took the story and twisted it making it worse. It didn’t happen in either of the states he mentions, and 14 people did not die.
Isn’t it annoying how younger people act like earlier 2000s is the 90s? In 2006 we had digital cameras we could plug into our computers. I still have photos and videos from when I brought my mom’s camera to high school. The pictures and videos are still clear as day lol it’s not some weird old garbled vhs footage but I swear critical thinking isn’t taught anymore.
@@thisiskitta Hell even in the late 80s and into the 90s you could count on someone's parent having a camcorder at a game, even if they rented it just for that (remember when video stores would rent out things like camcorder and vcrs out?)
Call me crazy but hear me out. What if John was paranoid AND the police were intimidating him, as someone who's been through police corruption first hand it's really not that unlikely. Two things can be true at once.
So because he was paranoid he stabbed himself 3 times in the chest? 100% he didn't kill himself. Maybe he just happened to be killed by a random intruder and the timing was just odd. But to say he was paranoid and feared for his life so he killed himself in a painful and horrific way would be insanity.
@@ShaneMclane-PrivateEye Why would it be insanity, you haven't worked in the mental health field, and how did the killer escape a house that was boarded up from the inside?
There was probably some intimidation that did happen to him but it wasn't much because he was just small fries, but his mental problems exaggerated it to the point he went off the rails.
@@Gambit771 they always say that about everything. No one could have gotten in! And someone innocent gets convicted. 17:50 self inflicted stab wounds are usually really really rare as typically that's the hardest way for someone to harm themselves lethally and usually the body will try to stop someone from injuring themselves that way, itd be off-putting if there was one, but three doesn't seem plausible at all because he'd likely be out from shock, there's something fishy going on there.
@@magdielmanzanarez4632He wasn't going crazy, he was rightfully paranoid after "stirring up trouble". He saw people in a van with a camera or something. He likely barricaded himself because he was scared & had the knife for the same reason. Even if the ones on his chest were somehow self inflicted- how'd they end up on his back?? Can you stab yourself in the back multiple times?
I’m being honest extremely serious right now, that is my high school gym. I’m a teachers kid and I’m at my school rn and I lined up everything. The flag, paint strips, doorway with the staff sign above it all match up. I don’t know if this is an insane coincidence but I don’t remember anyone talking about a shooting here. Edit: just noticed the U on the floor. We are the Utica redskins Edit 2: I just cross referenced this with a picture I took from my gym and the only thing that is different is that there is a new sign above the doorway.
For the John Lang story, there's another video that gives credence to the PD intimidation and surveillance above all else. His two neighbors, whom he didn't really know that well randomly invited him over, and while John was there he got a bad feeling, he just thought something was off, but here's the thing, when he tried to leave they stopped him and tried again and again to keep him at their house. When Lang got out to his gate and made it very clear there was no stopping him, the neighbors starting yelling his name, which Lang says was the PD's call to leave, because when Lang got in his house he found his door and computer had been tampered with. Lang suspects that the two neighbors were informants working with the PD and they lured him over to their house in order for the PD to sneak in and mess with Lang's stuff. Judging by his computer being tampered they were most likely going to place illegal material on there to incriminate Lang. If you want the full description go check out "Fresno PD and Fresno sheriff informants" under Lang's channel.
Just playing devil's advocate, but maybe the neighbours didn't want him to leave because they were afraid he wasn't in a good mindset and was going to harm himself. And maybe no one had been in his house and he just imagined the tampering because paranoia can be a component of mental illness. Maybe he never went over to the neighbours at all and fabricated the entire story. Seriously, boarding up a house, stabbing the man and setting fire to his house is not how you frame a suicide, so why would FPD do it? It's simply not the likely scenario here. Mental illness ticks all the boxes. Finally, why even bother assassinating him? The FPD has had far worse accusations leveled against them and those people haven't been taken out. Why target a guy who's not actually causing any real problems for you and comes across as crazy anyway?
@@GrimJackalThere was probably some intimidation that did happen to him but it wasn't much because he was just small fries, but his mental problems exaggerated it to the point he went off the rails.
John Lang was a man struggling with mental health issues, which often led him to see patterns and conspiracies where none existed. I’m not dismissing that he may have had confrontations or troubled interactions with people, possibly even with the police, but we also have to remember that mental illness can deeply impact perception. When someone is unwell, their mind can interpret ordinary events as part of something sinister, creating a pseudo-reality that feels very real to them. This is part of why our brains are wired to recognize patterns (much like pareidolia)0-but when someone is mentally ill, those patterns can become overwhelming or distorted. Don't discount the power of the human mind. When John passed away, it’s natural for people to want an explanation beyond "he was just sick." We tend to seek deeper answers, especially in tragic situations, but in this case, Occam's Razor-the idea that the simplest explanation is usually the correct one-applies. Sometimes mental illness is the core reason, even if it’s hard to accept.
@GrimJackal I should mention the smoking gun that set off the police intimidation and Lang's decent into paranoia. So basically he saw the FPD were running a scam, they were scanning license plates of random parked cars in the area, why this is so important is the the FPD operate on a quota system so the more people they arrested the more money they made, so when the scan came back and they get a "hit", they'd wait for them to leave and then they would pull them over acting like it's just a routine traffic stop when they knew they'd be able to arrest them on whatever the hit was. So Lang had some serious bones to pick with Fresno police and they were 100% trying to intimidate him and scare him into silence for finding out their license plate scam.
@@emo_penguin420so I guess everyone seeing these videos has mental health conditions too. He's definitely being stalked. Three separate events aren't coincidences. I hate when people try to play devil's advocate when evidence is right there in front of them. Ironically those same people are the most gullible people on the planet. 🙄
I like the Grave Robbers optimism. Like all potential Grave Robbers were sitting there thinking, you know what, this is just what I was looking for. Now they have a step by step guide they feel more confident about it.

2:11 He says the graphic video is marked CBI. That might mean the video was property of the Corrective Behavioral Institute. I got a DUI on a bicycle in my early 20's. Part of my sentence was attending a 4 hour CBI class. They showed us a bunch of very graphic and disturbing videos to scare us out of bad behavior. Think "red asphault." Thats actually fairly in-line with the supposed content of the video in question here.
considering another commenter said they worked at the same gymnasium and had not heard of a shootijg, I think its fair to suggest that some organisation tried to make a police recreation / shock horror training video for educational purposes, maybe in response to the two crimes of hostage shootings elsewhere.
Grave robbing for morons was a ripped short from the film "Ensuring your place in Hell." It is most likely believed to be a real skull, but the facts around him actually robbing it from a grave are few and far between. His name has never been confirmed.
The "graverobber's" stutter disappearing is not much of an issue. You can overcome a stutter with time, patience and the right advice. I used to stutter terribly as a kid but had almost totally overcome it by the time I was 30, and that was with ZERO professional therapy, just my mum & dad giving me good advice.

A comment on the lang case - not Fresno but one of my best friends dads was fighting the town i grew up in (in CT) about their well water being polluted and had to fight it for over a decade with tons of police intimidation, worse than what’s shown in this video, so i believe he was being intimidated. I witnessed cops sitting outside the home, my mom was questioned by a dude in a van when she was picking me up one time. My friends dad also committed suicide - granted he had a lot of issues so the addition of intimidation didn’t help. Happily tho, my friend took up the battle with the town after the death and won.
It's shocking how no one talks about Jose Moralez's murder. He was allegedly killed by Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer, and the Fresno PD might be covering it up. There's info about it online, but it seems like no one wants to dig into the truth. RIP Jose.
I used to work at my state attorney general's office and remember at least 2 separate people calling in about being intimidated by the PD after whistleblowing. It's honestly pretty terrifying. The only thing more terrifying was the unwillingness of anyone to bother looking into these cases
the evil stick had me so messed up when i was younger. the thing that makes me so ridiculously upset is that 2 year old thought they were getting a fun toy just to be absolutely traumatized. and what did the store owner do? instead of giving them a refund, or even saying sorry, he shamed the mom and told her it was her fault because apparently she was supposed to know it had a gorey picture in it due to the name. that pisses me alll the way off, because how are you gonna shame a mom for getting a toy in the CHILDRENS SECTION?? I agree that a lot of the Mandela effect around the "volleyball incident" probably had to do with Platte Canyon, even though it did not match the story very closely at all. I'm sure the fact that it was specifically supposed to be a girl's volleyball game strengthened the false connection for a lot of people.
You created a massive uptick in the searches for the 2006 shooting, my safari literally says “it looks like the results below are changing quickly” I’ve never seen this before in my life of searching things. Most are from at most 10 days ago but I have found a few Reddit posts starting from 2021 talking about it.
the hum thing has always stood out to me because its something i've dealt with for almost ten years now. But in my personal experience, its not so much of a "humming", but a very low frequency rumbling. I'll suddenly feel as if the worlds largest subwoofer is blasting a tone under 25 hz and my entire body is vibrating with it. Its often very intense, sometimes nauseating. There are times, and maybe its some other cause that i'm attributing to this hum, but occasionally it will be a full blown "vibration" and I can feel my whole apartment shaking. Ill verify its shaking by standing up and holding onto furniture or grabbing a glass of water and setting it on my nightstand or table, and it is in fact vibrating. One specific day about 5 years ago REALLY freaks me out because i've never felt anything like it. I was taking an afternoon nap at my last apartment, and out of nowhere I was suddenly overwhelmed by the most intense "bass" hum in my entire life. I became instantly nauseous and felt this super low frequency hum shooting through every cell in my body. It was so real and intense that I don't know how to convey it with words. The weirdest part for me is that when I turned over and faced the other way, I felt the sensation "hitting me in the back" as if it was a directional phenomenon, which would be strange as frequencies that low are sort of omnidirectional. Yet it felt like it was some kind of directed beam being shot at me. The direction it felt it was coming from was this weird shady government building next to my old apartment that had no windows and I never could find any information on. In my mind it literally felt like there was some kind of death beam being shot at me from this building. After a certain amount of time the sensation stopped as soon as it began. I've never had any problems with paranoia or real mental health episodes, and haven't had anything that intense since. It feels like something straight out of a paranoid schizophrenic persons persons story, or one of those "gang stalking" stories, but here I am. I have no explanation for it besides maybe something like an earthquake, or a train or something? But it was so intense that I don't know how it wouldn't be a common occurrence for others in my area. My apartment still vibrates occasionally. I still don't know what would cause it. We don't have underground railways in my city, but I guess I might fit in the category of people who hear "the hum" because of it.
I believe you and I'm sorry. People can be paranoid AND right. I followed someone who was documenting some very believable Mandela effect, then she started recording the same thing happening to her, then she passed away from cancer very quickly. still freaks me out :/
Look up “Anthony Casamassima New York”, then scroll to the photo of the actual newspaper from his arrest in 1999. Not the article online, but the photo of the paper, they included a photo of him. It’s 100% the same man, just probably about 30 years old. ETA: the older man in this video is definitely not him. I have the photo of the newspaper saved and he even still has the ponytail, same skin tone, same nose!
The 2006 Volleyball Incident, if it's not an intentional hoax, is most likely people accidentally combining three different events into one. Those events being the West Nickel Mines School shooting, the Platte Canyon High School hostage crisis that you mentioned (both of which happened in 2006 and within days of each other), and a suicide-bombing that happened at a volleyball game in 2014 that killed 50 people.
Sort of like what happened at Columbine with the "Do you believe in God?" incident. Cassie Bernall wasn't actually the one who said yes and Eric Harris wasn't the one who asked. It was Dylan Klebold mocking another girl who he ultimately didn't hurt. The witnesses got the two mixed up in the confusion and panic. Furthermore, I have a sneaking suspicion that the pictures could be from Beslan School siege that happened in Russia. I've seen video taken from inside the gym where it took place and it was very bloody as well.
@@BryceLynch838I still can't believe what happened to Cassie, I had a class with her when she was a freshman in 1996 at Bear Creek before she went to Columbine.

Thank you for pointing out that the conspiracy theories considering John Lang's death make very little sense (and having been mildly obsessed with it for like a week a few years ago, I quickly found out that a lot of the "suspicious" elements of the story were straight-up lies, seemingly made-up by people trying to make this story seem more mysterious than it is). So many sources like to ignore the fact that the home was barricated from the inside, meaning no-one but Lang could have done it, the coroner's report doesn't mention these supposed back wounds (not that slicing yourself in the _upper_ back is the impossible task people make it out to be anyway) and the last thing Lang was recorded doing was turn off the security cameras inside his home, despite him supposedly expecting to be attacked. It's a textbook case of a paranoid man believing himself to be a "targetted individual". Seriously, if you look it up, he ticks every box.
You unquestioning accept that all the entrances were barricaded. That detail came from the police, the primary suspect. Even when not a suspect in a case, police regularly lie on reports with impunity. It is painfully well documented and extensive. You aren't using your critical thinking if you don't take anything the cops say with a grain of salt.
People saying John Lang was paranoia are partially wrong. If you are really being observed by someone your defensive mechanism will start working 24/7 thus initiating paranoia. If you KNEW that someone is after you wouldn't you be suspicious of everything?
Yeah maybe 20% of the time the paranoia was unjust but too many of those clips are chilling. And in the back or not. Nobody stabs themselves 3 times in the chest in a burning building. No doubt he was murdered.
On the case of the John Lang situation, at 17:27 you can see the face of the guy standing by the "carpet cleaning" van, as he glances over toward the house.. Now at around 18:14 you can see an officer in uniform on the left hand side of the video. Looks eearily similar to the same guy beside the cleaner van who looked toward John's house.. 🤔
If you want to know more about The Hum I heavily recommend you watch the video "The controversial sound only 2% of people hear" by Benn Jordan. It's a full investigation that took him years of compiling recordings and testimonies around the world to detect what may be causing this Hum (which is not like the fake trumpets in the sky some videos show, but more like a low-bass vibration that sounds permanently on a specific area). The gas pipelines might be one of the causes (which I'm personally sure is the case around where I live) but many other things can be the cause and it's just overall a great video and an excellent investigation, so go check it out
I used to live in a very small village in the UK. I owned the pub, and there were around 10 houses in the village, I had a great friend who lived in a row of houses opposite the pub. He used to constantly complain of a humming which kept him awake at night. There was a massive dairy farm, some 500 yards from the rear of his house, across fields. And this really was the middle of nowhere, miles from traffic or other houses. It soon became apparent that this humming came from the milking parlour at the dairy farm, even though it was nearly half a mile away. There are so many things which produce a humming sound; the vast majority can be easily explained
The John Lang-thing is terrifying. The Van coming past with the infra red camera, all the cops hanging around. They definitely crossed him off, IMO. I just scanned through the video to see what was on it... This one always sticks with me. And yes, that is a camera that pics up heat signatures. They use it to see if people are in the house.
The volley ball story sounds like some early creepypasta from 06, every other mass shooting has been recorded, especially involving schools, no reason to cover it up, multiple avenues for leaks, from the victims famlies, law enforcement, media etcetera
14 victims would also have been a staggering number for that time -- only 7 years after Columbine. There's no way that wouldn't have been huge news no matter what the government did
Just read on reddit about it, and a person commenting made a good point. Something like this happening in a small town would be impossible to keep under wraps. That many people being injured, a small town clinic couldn't handle a tragedy like this, people would have to be taken to trauma centers at least an hour away. In every direction. Not even the government could keep all of this quiet.
I live in a small town where a defunct, leaking nuclear plant has caused us to have the highest rates in the state and we even had a school closed in 2019 bc radioactive contamination. This is a decades long crisis, killing many and how many know about it ? Now scale it down to a few families and a one time event. I don't think we can say anything is for sure .
People saying "small towns couldn't keep secrets" CLEARLY do not and have not ever lived in a small town. Small towns are the best at keeping secrets. I know cause I grew up in one and guaranteed you can go to ANY small town anywhere in the US and they all have their secrets. The reason they stay under wraps is cause they're small. The PD in small towns are different, the towns people are different, the politics are different... Alot of the time there are families who go back generations who are embedded in the town's politics and PD... If you don't come from a small town, you wouldn't get it. Those that do though... Do.
It's a confirmed hoax. There's a forum post in 2017 of a guy saying he was going to make something exactly like it up for clout/attention. The photos are edited and taken from multiple different sources. If you can find them, you can tell because the floor in them is different every time.
I live in the middle of nowhere and I hear weird trumpet/humming sounds like that a lot, usually it is either a siren that is malfunctioning or being tested and sometimes it's the nearby train tracks being used. Not gonna lie tho it is pretty unnerving to hear a random air-raid siren playing in the distance especially late at night...
I remember hearing the hum situation a long time ago. From what i remember, it's a sound bouncing off the low clouds, making a low sounding echo or something along those lines
There is an explanation for the sharp metal grinding noise for the Strange Sounds in the Sky segment. In extremely cold weather, temperature inversions may occur where the air in the atmopshere is warmer than the air directly above ground. This creates a layer of warm air and cold air that do not mix and reach equilibrium in temperature (in normal circumstances, the warm air above the ground floats above to the cold air in the atmosphere to reach equilibrium). This separation causes sound waves to bounce off the layer of warmer air. The sound waves from the original source move up into the air, then get bent from temperature inversion conditions and get directed down to the ground, which is why they think the sound is coming from the sky. As for what caused the original sound? It was likely from a snowplow or a train like suggested in your video, but the temperature inversion conditions caused most of the high pitched sounds to dissipate away, so only the low pitched sounds like metal grinding remain, so you only get to hear the metal scraping sound as if it's coming from the sky. Another interesting fact is that temperature inversion conditions can also pass sound waves in much farther distance than normally would, so the judgment trumpet sound could've been from a ship horn or a tornado siren miles away, along with the sound distortion caused by said temperature inversion conditions. As for the humming noises, I don't know what could be the possible cause. It does remind me of the Windsor Hums though. Could be a psychosomatic symptom as you mentioned.
I have. There was a case in the UK recently where a an African immigrant killed his wife and the tried to kill himself by stabbing himself in the chest.
It is possible, it can be even worse with psychiatric cases. In forensic medicine class they showed us pictures of a schizophrenic man who stabbed himself like 100 times with a screwdriver.
I’ve personally heard the “sky trumpets” one night about 7-8 years ago in Baltimore, MD. I sit outside every single night, often for hours, to read, watch TH-cam and chain-smoke (gross, I know). So I know all the usual sounds in the area at night, and the trumpets definitely weren’t and aren’t one of them. That was the one and only time I had ever heard them. They reoccured several times over a 2-3 hour period, and all lasted different lengths of time. The sound was equally fascinating and eerie, but I didn’t really think anything of it. I didn’t even know “sky trumpets” were a thing back then, but I know what I heard.
OMG I’ve heard “The Hum.” That is so wild that you mentioned this. To be fair, the hum that I was used to hearing probably came from a large air conditioning system from a nearby retirement complex.
Most likely the case. I hate when these creepy channels dont take the most obvious answer, like it's made up. Like the internet doesn't have a history of making stuff up.
@@alexx12545 there's a few possibilites. They lied about all the exists being barricaded, could have dragged the furniture/whatever was blocking the exits as they backed out the door, or took a different exit from the house, be that maybe from a window, the basement, or the attic.
I mean, he could have spilled some milk, accidentally knocked over a knife, and kept falling over and over on it as he tried to get up....... That would be what the Fesno PD would say anyway.
I don't get spooked quite easy anymore, but the evil stick one made my jump a bit... If i was the parent of that kid and saw that image + the laugh, i would have trouble sleeping for a couple of days..
@8:30 - Easy explanation is Anthony Casamassima was a senior who named his kid (the kid seen in the video) after himself. Kid either took it a step farther than dad and started robbing graves or made a video with some of dads souvenirs and took the credit of digging them up himself.
Regarding the hum: It's not that uncommon for winds to create Resonance. The Sensory input for resonance moving through the air is sound. And if that is the explanation then it would stand to reason the sound would most likely be a low frequency low amplitude sound because it requires less energy to make something swing slowly than it does to make the same thing to oscillate fast. Tl:dr it's the wind.
I was thinking that, it sounds like wind going through pipes or such. Try to take a long plastic hose or such and swirl it about in circles like a lasso, and you'll hear a sound similar to the first sound in this video shown.
Pressure relief valves also have similar sound. You can find them from every industrial plants where steam is used (power plants etc.) and they are utilized commonly if steam pressure in the system is too high.
I remember seeing another case of the hum with a town that’s at the border of the US and Canada. The Canadian side of the town heard it but not the American side, and it would only happen at certain times. The hum was eventually linked to a steel mill on the American side.
I've heard the screeching noises. It was a big thing for a while in my town maybe 15 years ago. I lived in rural Saskatchewan, Canada. I distinctly remember my mom and dad, along with my grandparents who were visiting at the time all standing on the steps outside our front door. My dad was saying that he had heard of these noises that people had been hearing, but he had dismissed it until that moment. It sounded like trumpets... but not in the way where if it had really been trumpets, you would be able to tell where it was coming from. It just sounded like it was everywhere. It sounded extremely far away, but also like it could be coming from down the street at times. Way too loud for it to have been the train, which was very far from our house. If it had been constant, it would have been very scary, but it came and went for what felt like maybe a few months to a year.
The school shooting conspiracy makes no sense because such things always are in the news even back then. It wouldn’t make any sense to pay off parents and cover it up when it could have been reported as just another shooting. That is the sad reality we live in. The toy seems like it is meant to be a prank. Like a jump scare. The jump scare with a creepy lady’s face popping up was a popular thing back at that time . This seems like it was supposed to be the same but in toy version. It’s even called an Evil Stick. It’s not really creepy when you think of it that way, and that the woman just wanted to blame someone else instead of realizing she bought a toy called an Evil Stick, and surprise, it wasn’t a Princess Wand.
It's not that mysterious though. It's a Halloween toy-line no doubt that was packaged mistakeningly. Prob an entire assembly line's worth. I work in retail and wrong/misleading packaging's from China are not that uncommon. It's a whole lost in translation, no product testing, mix-ups, kinda thing. In this case, tbh the result is kind of funny. lol
@@williamparker7025 That is another possibility. It could be that the package was intentional and the intended use for it was to be sold as a prank at an establishment like Spencer Gifts. These retail mishaps are actually pretty common. Moreso lately as worldwide job performances are sorta going downhill lately.
@@river_acheron That makes no sense. How is it a "Halloween toy"? I get a translation error but it makes no sense, it's a cheap looking plastic toy, the packaging makes it clear its intended for young children so blood shouldnt be included, chinese manufacturers know this, it's why its so rare. Further What princess costume wants a wand that screams and presents an image of an injured woman? like... what? What killer costume wants a pretty princess wand? The fact that it makes no sense and has no clear intention enthralls me honestly. its so strange.
1:40 someone put "2006 volleyball incident" in AI and it came up with a chopped up version of what i believe im seeing... Isn't that weird that AI is even suggesting it could be true? There are no such images online.
I don't think you understand how AI text generation works. It doesn't invent anything, it just copies from content that already exists. This conspiracy theory is probably the only "2006 volleyball incident" there is other than the actual hostage situation that happened in Colorado. So when you put in that prompt, you're going to get content heavily skewed toward those two stories.
AI can’t just magically bring up images from the depth of the internet. It had to travel through common internet traffic and pathways. So the fact no one an image of it until Mutahar makes it more likely it was a photoshopped image instead of an AI generated image. It is possible some AI models could take a wild guess at what “2006 volleyball incident” means and spit out something but it probably has no idea it’s linked to a made up school shooting. The AI would have to not only be exposed to images of blood and gore but be trained to understand what it is seeing matches up with the words “2006 volleyball incident”. Plus most if not all models of AI commercially available have excessive blood and gore blacklisted to stay in accordance with certain state and country regulations All of these point to the fact the image being photoshopped by some individual playing into a fake narrative. Or it’s artistically recreated.
@@BuckBlaziken what the hell are you talking about, why would the hoaxer make the prompt related to the incident? They would just describe the scene in a general sense. Also you can 100% easily generate a gory scene, you just have to find the right generator. You are talking out of your ass

@@TheOliverShow1 Right. And even if he did become paranoid because of that, he still HAD a reason to because the police were literally after him. I'm sure everyone would go a little bit crazy if the police were being shady with them.
@ yes. Police know how to cover up a crime because they have people in that job in their pockets. It is easy to fix a crime scene to make look like one took their own life because that is what they want the people to believe.
“CBI not for release” is not a real classification. If the volleyball incident was really as secretive as they’re making it out to be, it would exceed TS CSI or top secret sensitive compartmentalized information. And even that wouldn’t be nearly enough to keep this under wraps.
Someone else indicated that CBI is some sort of advocacy group. They said they had to watch some anti drug abuse PSA by them for a DUI. I got a weed possession charge and had to watch a MADD (mother's against drunk driving) video as well. With MADD it was mostly scaring you by going over the process of having your stomach pumped. But the person claiming to have watched a CBI video said the still image was right up their alley. That it would be insane horror stories of what could go wrong if you abuse drugs. So likely the footage is fake and from an obscure psa that over dramatized some teen going crazy on drugs.

About the Fresno police. The cleaning company car in his last video was a fake company who doesn’t exist. Seems like a uncover cop car..

The Cackling is Billy the puppets laugh from Saw

Wow.
It's shocking how no one talks about Jose Moralez's murder. He was allegedly killed by Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer, and the Fresno PD might be covering it up. There's info about it online, but it seems like no one wants to dig into the truth. RIP Jose.

Well, those pictures of giant pixels convinced me.
the evil stick had me so messed up when i was younger. the thing that makes me so ridiculously upset is that 2 year old thought they were getting a fun toy just to be absolutely traumatized. and what did the store owner do? instead of giving them a refund, or even saying sorry, he shamed the mom and told her it was her fault because apparently she was supposed to know it had a gorey picture in it due to the name. that pisses me alll the way off, because how are you gonna shame a mom for getting a toy in the CHILDRENS SECTION?? FOR KIDS?? BABIES EVEN?? if i was the mom in the situation, id sue the hell out of them. so frustrating!!

I mean there are sound weapons that exist but idk if anyone would be testing/making/using them from government buildings in-between a town
I believe you

The 2006 Volleyball Incident, if it's not an intentional hoax, is most likely people accidentally combining three different events into one. Those events being the West Nickel Mines School shooting, the Platte Canyon High School hostage crisis that you mentioned (both of which happened in 2006 and within days of each other), and a suicide-bombing that happened at a volleyball game in 2014 that killed 50 people.
The 2014 suicide bombing happened in Afghanistan.
Maybe Virginia Tech from 2007 is a factor too
Sort of like what happened at Columbine with the "Do you believe in God?" incident. Cassie Bernall wasn't actually the one who said yes and Eric Harris wasn't the one who asked. It was Dylan Klebold mocking another girl who he ultimately didn't hurt. The witnesses got the two mixed up in the confusion and panic.

Found the video and planning to watch it later.
Do.

Not gonna lie tho it is pretty unnerving to hear a random air-raid siren playing in the distance especially late at night...
it'd be *really* unnerving if there was an actual air raid lol
I remember hearing the hum situation a long time ago. From what i remember, it's a sound bouncing off the low clouds, making a low sounding echo or something along those lines
thats only a theory there hasnt been any proven explanations only ideas on why it might happen.

@8:30 - Easy explanation is Anthony Casamassima was a senior who named his kid (the kid seen in the video) after himself. Kid either took it a step farther than dad and started robbing graves or made a video with some of dads souvenirs and took the credit of digging them up himself.
Lol no. 😂
Regarding the hum:
It's not that uncommon for winds to create Resonance.

Ab here, I remember that, if you’re not too far check out the ghost train of PA in Sask!
That evil stick is definitely evil. It’s scary to think that that image of the woman and the laughing sounds coming out of it.
In this case, tbh the result is kind of funny. lol
I want one its a great prank toy
Yeah
Plus most if not all models of AI commercially available have excessive blood and gore blacklisted to stay in accordance with certain state and country regulations
All of these point to the fact the image being photoshopped by some individual playing into a fake narrative. Or it’s artistically recreated.
@@BuckBlaziken I can't even find the fake images myself which makes me feel some type of way...
@@BuckBlaziken what the hell are you talking about, why would the hoaxer make the prompt related to the incident? They would just describe the scene in a general sense. Also you can 100% easily generate a gory scene, you just have to find the right generator. You are talking out of your ass
@@boolnrelaz3883 how do you know this? did you make up the incident? Talk about "talking out your ass" lol Also its funny how you didn't even find the AI image yourself or else you'd know it isn't even graphic, Just shows red blobs scattered on the floor which is funny since that Image isn't anywhere online to my knowledge. Unless AI goes through the Deep Web lmfao
Imagine making multiple videos about a group trying to kill you and even make a video that said if you disappear tommorow, and you are actually found dead after said video...And people still don't believe you

I know. Your man trying to say he went crazy because it is the police and they would never do that. The man even making excuses for a van with a big camera in the back recording his house. It is not rocket science that they were stalking him.
Because why would the police want to assassinate a random guy? 😂
“CBI not for release” is not a real classification. If the volleyball incident was really as secretive as they’re making it out to be, it would exceed TS CSI or top secret sensitive compartmentalized information. And even that wouldn’t be nearly enough to keep this under wraps.
Not to mention how fake the guy’s acting is in the video. He’s way too over dramatic
Cbi was the police in mentalist lol
One of the strange sounds in the sky in, I think York or Lancashire turned out to be a giant piece of art work made of metal which made a humming sound when the wind blew through it. Residents from over a mile away reported the annoying noise and when it was investigated, it turned out to be the art work in a field.
YES! We have metal art installations and when the wind gets going in just the right direction, it downright creepy.
I hate those art installations. They're not art to me. They're just trash.
@@cdes1776ive had 2 experiences with the trumpet like noise 1 caught on vid from 2019 and only me and my friend heard it yet when i asked him about it a year later it was as if his memory was wiped. The noise i heard also doesnt sound like the ones in the yt vids and we dont have those giant pieces of art work anywhere near where i live. Can send you the vid if you would take a listen since i'd love to get some sort of explanation
Oh man the first one is whackspiracy gold
"Yeah I tried to assassinate a fella during a volleyball game, but it went wrong."
"Killed the wrong guy?"
"Yeah shot up loads of students and onlookers instead"
"Bro wtf"
evil stick image still freaks you out when you look at it
I want to continue watching the video but i physically cant. When i first saw the image when i was little it freaked me out so bad and i couldnt get it out of my head.
@@stickbug89it’s fake bro
At the very least, you can’t say that the “Evil Stick” was falsely advertised with a name like that.
