Mickey Mouse wasn't called 'Steamboat Willie' that was the name of the boat. His original name was Mortimer Mouse but Walt Disney's wife persuaded him to change it to Mickey.
Instead, Mortimer Mouse later debuted in the 1936 short "Mickey's Rival" as a competitor for Minnie Mouse's affections. Affections she only gives to Mickey, of course. 😏 Granted, he seems to get a kick out of aggravating Mickey. 🤔
Speaking of, I crack up every time I watch the third segment--titled "Gift of the Magi"--of the direct-to-video movie "Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas." When he's shown to be the manager of the Department Store Minnie works at, it's like he's FINALLY given up on chasing after her, given how he not only gets her name wrong (which annoys her slightly) but also gives her a fruit cake as her Christmas Bonus, and even almost mockingly tells her "Mery Christmas" as she leaves. Like, it's just funny to me that he basically spent 6 decades vying for her attention, only to basically say, "Well, I make more money and have a better life than Mickey, so I've won. Bye, Ginnie!"

There are really only two ways to look at this.
1. He misspoke multiple times about Mickey Mouse never having a tail, then spent an hour or two editing the video, all while showing clips of Mickey clearly with a tail. Surely that’s the explanation, right? /s
2. This is a classic flip-flop. Mandela Effects happen, but this one’s by far the most blatant I’ve seen. It's even possible that, when he originally made this video, Mickey didn’t have a tail in his reality-and somehow swapped into ours mid-process. Who knows at this point?
It was comment bait, I came here to do the same and read everyone else already making that point. Here I am commenting though knowing it's bait but the desire to be involved outweighs the drive to not comment in order to maintain my autonomy lol.

Steamboat Willie DID have suspenders, and i remember him snapping them, too. The Weird Al hoax couldn't have been true, because he was in a music video with the band Hanson. I remember the Tin Man having a hatch over his heart. Napoleon's hand being in his jacket is the same thing that many royal men do (Princes Harry and William are examples). I didn't realize that Bobby is still alive, either, but I did know that "Don't worry be happy" was not a Bob Marley song.

I bet the Mickey mouse's suspenders and tin man's hatch are both result of combining one character's features to another similar character.
With Mickey I think maybe it's Mario's overalls, both have somewhat similar clothing features as well as a level of iconography being faces if multi billion dollar companies.
In the case of the Tinman, I think Bender from Futurama who does have a hatch with a similar torso could be to blame.

It's interesting that someone would rather believe that the Walt Disney company made two versions of every iteration of their global phenomenon of a mascot, just to swap one out later to confuse everyone... instead of just admitting they remembered it incorrectly. Originally there were EIGHT reindeer, not nine, named in pairs. Olive and Rudolf were added later in separate works. Btw, I'm tired of all Mandela effected people being told they have bad memories. The existence of the differences is not proof of that, and the debunkers make plenty of mistakes of their own, like not being able to count!
Not too mention that seemingly nobody wants to entertain the possibility that people are not remembering wrong. It would be different if it wasn't that so many people all remember the same things being different. In regards to Napoleon's hand inside his jacket, this is a Freemasonic sign. This is to show his fellow Masons that he is one and also a Worshipful Master. There is also a painting of Napoleon's brother, Joseph, who has the same stance. Joseph, also was a Freemason of High Degree. Look at many pictures and paintings of people...Stalin and Karl Marx especially. Their hands are in their jackets too. And they were both High Degree Freemasons.
Ok, so much to unpack. First, why would you show an old cartoon of Mickey having a tail and at the same time, saying he never did? And I've never even heard of most of the Mandela effects you listed in The Wizard Of Oz. You probably just heard one person saying that. Same with How The Grinch Stole Christmas. I've never heard anybody say The Grinch That Stole Christmas. You made that shit up, didn't you? Then, one of my favorites from this train wreck, Braveheart. Not one thing you listed during that segment was a Mandela effect. It was just a movie writer/director making a historically inaccurate film. Nobody actually remembered any of those things. The same with Rudolf. It's not a false memory. It's the simple fact the names being changed from the original poem to the more modern versions.
Mandela effect. I don't remember ever hearing the news of Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash from the news. I remember hearing about the Lynyrd Skynyrd in high school. Plane crash happened after I graduated.
