- O.J. Simpson was deposed over five days in January 1996. commencing on Jan 22 & concluding on-Jan 26, 1996. One month later, Simpson was recalled & deposed over 4 additional days (Feb 22-23 & Feb 26-27, 1996).
This is rarely-seen footage of the third day of the additional four days of deposition Mr Simpson was forced to give.

Oj’s Attorney really left OJ swing in the wind. I’ve watched most of the depositions and many times OJ was asked same questions and sometimes reworded. This is what OJ hired this Attorney to do, and stop the other attorneys reword tactics to get different responses. Once OJ answers question, attorney prying further should have had Mr. Baker say….been answered, no more questions about socks (for example)
We all know he did it, this is just a prelude to his demise. If he was put on the stand in the criminal trial he would have been screwed
@@lashoutx - Yeah, OJ did it or was an accomplice. Not sure the criminal trial jury would have convicted OJ with a video tape proof. Prosecutors even said before halfway through trial they were hoping for a mistrial. OJ had outside help, for sure, Darden recently stated the investigation from prosecutors and police wasn’t complete.

Can we get the deposition when interviewed about the Bruno Magli shoes. Can’t find it anywhere.
It’s on here. I think somewhere between day 4, 5 or 6. OJ says they were “ugly ass” shoes and he would “never” wear those. They found a photo of him wearing them walking on the field commentating at a game.
Just search up Bruno Magali shows OJ and you’ll find the clip
If you’re speaking about when Simpson is shown a photo of him wearing those shoes, unfortunately that video happened after these were recorded and isn’t here
The deposition about the shoes was done at a later date. It was done later after they discovered the photos of him wearing the shoes on the sideline. After they found the pictures they called him back in so it wasn't technically part of the original deposition.

Crazy that he does this not once but twice. He is the one being difficult by not giving specific answers and being so vague they have to keep asking. The lawyer is doing exactly what he needs to to try and nail down any lies
He cannot confess to the murder for several reasons
1 - In order not to lose all his fans
2- In order not to lose his children with Nicole
3- To protect someone who accompanied him on the night of the murder

How could she? He was found not guilty in the criminal trial. In The civil trial there's no prison sentence regardless of how he's found. Judge Judy would just have to eat that one.

@@kingdomofanimaria as far as I know- he hates her because she encouraged Nicole to date other men, and later because she knew he was guilty and openly talked/wrote about the abuse and her knowledge of what he did.
@@sww3405 I find it weird that she talked about all the abuse Nicole suffered at the hands of OJ but she wanted to be his friends and begged to go to a charity event OJ hosted two weeks before the murders I think resnick got a lot of hate she was exposed as a fake friend who did drugs and made profit of a friend

OJ Simpson, today, in 2022, is able to admit that he killed Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman.
Because he has become an old man, he must do the same for his conscience before he dies
He must confess the truth and the details of the murder on that dark night so that everyone can breathe a sigh of relief and put an end to this sad story.
He basically gave a detailed confession in an interview to promote his book "if I did it" in 2007 & cloaked it as "hypothetical" ..he even had a few freudian slips by answering questions from his memory & not how he wrote it in the book..🤔

@@williebeamen2x I’m 26 & I was always weary of the media but after President Trumps administration I don’t know how anyone could possibly trust the media & you’re 100% correct, the book was ridiculously inaccurate & he had nothing to do with the books content..& yes it was a tv special trying to get views but after I watched the entire trial hoping that I could believe he was innocent because I think he was the most dominant RB ever & I didn’t want to believe he butchered 2 people but its quite obvious that he did it & the mental gymnastics that you have to do to believe otherwise is just comical.. the police would have planted much more than just blood drops & a bloody glove if they planted anything at all.. they know better than anyone about how to secure a conviction.. but the fact that he lied & said he never owned a pair of size 12 Bruno magli shoes & that he would “never wear those ugly ass shoes” is all you need to know to see that he’s guilty & even after he was confronted with over 30 photos of him wearing those shoes, all he could say was they are fake pictures.. I mean come on 🤣
