I remember a few months ago, me and my fiance were doing doordash orders. We had an order come through for this nightclub type establishment. When we arrived, I was escorted into the kitchen to get the food and when I saw how nasty and disgusting their kitchen was I nearly threw up. The walls behind the oven were pitch black with filth and grime and grease, it was honestly disturbing. I had thought I might've desired to eat there when the order came through because the meal ordered sounded really good, but when I saw that kitchen, I immediately threw away any thought to ever eating there.
In reality they aren't
the 2nd restaurant... that IS the art and heart of cooking. AMAZING!!

I’m a week into a 12 week diet right now but Gez those burgers look great. 😂😂😂 I really appreciate the care, thought and skill that these Koreans put into preparing extremely tasty looking food. Those shrimp burgers in particular looked amazing. 👍

내가 가본 수제버거집중 한손안에 꼽을정도임. 가격대비 맛과 양이 좋음. 매장내 위생도 청결하고. 한입크게 먹는거 좋아하시는분들은 더블패티로 주문하시는거 추천함. 여러번갔는데항상 만족했음.

Food looks amazing. Kitchen, equipment and utensils and preparation of food all clean and good with one exception. Frying fries and shrimp in the same vat a no no as there are a lot of people with seafood allergies. Why not use a separate vat for non seafood items?

As a American I can say not even a American hamburger compares to a Korean. The Korean cooking is over the top flavorful.
The taste of burnt onions mmmm, yummy! It would not be easier to marinate minced meat in advance in onions, for example.
That doesn't work very well. A reaction makes the burger weird after a while. Best done just before cooking. However, then you've got only partly cooked onions because the meat cooks much faster. Lesson: just don't quite burn the onions!!

I love how the burgers sit on the cutting board (getting cold) while the cook is layering on more cold toppings to... further drop the temperature of the burgers.
most of the food in these is cold by the end of it. rarely is it eaten fresh its all for show and a ton of food gets wasted
