For Diagonal also you put d' =c*t'.

D is the distance travelled by the object with velocity V, and the Distance travelled by the photon is also denoted as D for simplicity, we can denote it as Dp, Or Dc ..anything, to minimize the number of terms I simply denoted it as D..., While editing the video, i also felt it might confuse some, but I did't change..

Bro , one doubt. Why both hypotenuse and base have the same time value (t dash)
It is same as t' because it is reaching that right side corner point of triangle at same time. But you should have asked why velocity across hypotenuse is again c instead of sqrt(c2 + vh2). This is the main catch over here which is againsy the Pythagoras theorem coz speed of light in any frame of reference is always c. This is something hard to explain, if this is assumed, then remaining is very easy.

The actual amount of fuel consumed by the rocket depends on the objective duration of the journey from Earth's perspective, not the traveler's subjective experience.
Even though the traveler experienced only 5 years, from Earth's point of view, the journey took 80 years.
Therefore, the amount of fuel consumed by the hypothetical rocket would be determined by the actual duration of the journey from Earth's frame of reference. In this case, it would be 80 years of Earth time, regardless of the time dilation effects experienced by the traveler.
But as per Newton's first law of motion, rocket really doesn't require a lot of fuel if it already reaches anything above escape velocity coz it continues to be in motion :) It requires energy to stop motion and to initiate a return journey. So ones if this hypothetical rocket reaches the target velocity of near to speed of light, he can turn off the rocket engine and sit inside looking at his clock reaching 5 years :) or 2.5 years coz he need to come back also right 😅 Hope you got it.

Realtivity means its w.r.t. the observer's frame of reference only. He thinks the other takes only less time. The friend in your rocket also see you moving back with rocket speed he can think he is stationary. So he will also feel you take less time. So actually nothing happens to your twin ass.
