- Mat likes lock on grips (Sensus Meaty Paws). Ste read an article which makes him think slip ons (Sensus EMJ) are better. Who is right??

Had ergon ga and other lock on grips always had hand fatigue
LBS had a discount on some renthal push on kevlar grips 10 euro put them on used only hairspray usually ride in wer zero issue with them no twisting hand fatigue is gone,so im happy with them
I usually ride with full-finger gloves and I don't like fat chunky grips on my carbon bars... no need. I use ODI Ruffian lock-on grips. Lock rings on both ends. They never budge a mm and the rubber is super grippy. They are only like $40.
I use 34mm Rev Grips. (world most expensive grips) Interesting thing about them is they don't touch the bar,but float on rubber inserts. Long lasting sleeves(the grip it self).
They rotate slightly to ease the jerking on the wrists.
I confirm it works, but overkill for just cruising, but nice on rough downhills.
I heard Oury & Lizard Skins are good, but never tried those, I see Oury is owned by Lizard Skins now.
Rev-grips cause a vague steering feel--stick with push on grips for superior damping/bar control
At first with softest setting it felt too vague yes, but with firm insets it feels nice. But I got used to the soft ones too. But I like them on rough stuff. @@moonmuscle3332
I will never use push on grips nor glue grips. I see some use wire, but I prefer lock on grips. @@moonmuscle3332
not going to take the risk.......
that's totally fine...you now get to earn your vibrational under-damped masterpiece that are piece of shitty lock-on grips.
Your gain, brother *heart emoji*
