I did this yesterday it was painful on the trigger point and holding the ball there for a bit went down towards my lower back stopping all the way down to get at the muscles. This morning the one spot trigger point where my rhomboid muscle is am in so much pain. Its like someone is pressing down on it really hard very uncomfortable. I can move my arms no problem just that one spot is painful. Any suggestions do i rest and leave it alone now?

Hi mate . Is it gonna help to release my upper back rhomboid muscles permanently ?
I wouldn’t say permanently, because if sitting or posture tightens them again you’ll need to do this technique regularly.
