Hi I want to ask you a question about my 2012 Honda odyssey exl key fobe I had to get a new key fob cut and programmed by my friend which is Honda tech but upon programming the new key after cutting it to my vin number one of the feature does not work which is the double click and hold the open button to roll down all of my windows and moon roff does not work any more and they fobe in the driver door used to roll down all windows and Moon roff and put them up does not work anymore do you know or have any suggestions

We bought a fob key and tried to add it and it wouldn't take...it starts the car but the buttons dont work to unlock and lock the doors
