I'm 58 (man). Just started primal movements last year. This lady is the first I've seen older than I, doing the movements. She's awesome. Pssst, this type of training gives back more to my body than any other type and I've done them all over the years. Thanks Ido.
This makes me so happy. I turn 50 in 3 months. I began paying closer attention to your teaching through youtube and facebook about 2 years ago. At first mostly thinking that it would've been cool to have done this movement practice in my younger, more fit days. But...because I love movement and missed myself as someone who once moved a lot, I began progressively toying with it more and more. Inconsistent at first and with very slow progress as my understanding of the intricacies and details have been sometimes slow to sink in. I'm sure there is some loss without the teaching in person. And at times I have thought, "ugh! I'm too old, too fat, too this, not enough that to be doing this now....etc etc" But it is with the consistent repeating of the basic movements, as I interpret them to modify for my current abilities and strength, as well as the repeated reviewing of the videos and information you have generously put out there for us that is slowly and steadily moving this tortoise along to keep up the good work. Thank you for sharing this with us...all of it.
After seeing the video posting of your Mother, Haviva in a handstand, I requested more and today I got my wishes. Thank you for sharing, what a wonderful relationship!!!!
For me, as a Traceur this is amazing, inspiring and very emotional for me to see movement being used in the way it is supposed to be used, to help people getting stronger and better versions of them selves, so one day they can help others!
Inspirational I will be researching this more at 63 years young, never to old to change and embrace a different path way. I just wish I had Ido to guide me :)
Excelente Ido. Eres mi ejemplo a seguir, espero que alguna vez pudieramos entrenar juntos. (y) Me inspira ver esa forma en la que trabajas con las personas y contigo mismo. Fuerza.
Complex evolutionary cognitive development is directly linked to complex movement, segmentation etc.. the reason our brain is so complex is because we have the ability to move like almost any animal out there and more. Ask a lion to move like bird, or a monkey to walk 2 miles on hind legs. Never stop exploring the human body and its wonders!
Do you have an instruction DVD or downloadable DVD I have a bad shoulder from boxing and kettle bell was wondering if you have any exercises that can help my bad shoulder.
Wonderful - inspirational I would love to sit and talk with your mother here in Thailand. I would like to get to know her and listen to her ideas and thoughts while I am here. When next I see her I will ask if she would like to sit and talk with me.

Pure credit at 50 odd
Only as old as your spine is.
Take care of it... Will see you through many years ahead
Thank you Portal
Always nice to see "actual" people and not just "poster" people

So wonderful! The tucked front lever brought the tears out. Very jealous she gets to train with the Mighty Odelia.
This is fantastic! It is so encouraging to us that are over 50 that we don't just have to accept losing our fitness and suppleness

The age never is a problem, the lack of enthusiasm it is
Debatable. Genetics play a big role in aging
My enthusiasm has no limits. I will still do a handstand being 70 😂
@@videostop7564 a majority, if not all of genetics are based on your mind l so your comment is irrelevant
@@videostop7564 As writer Richard Bach says, “Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they're yours.”

No doubt, a great inspiration for any sorry-it's-too-late person. If you don't mind, I post the reference in my site.
I can't do some movements that she was doing, and I'm half of her age. 😟
