It is definitely worth continuing the regency fairytale trilogy!! Each book follows different characters, but because it's all in the same world the ones from past books do pop up. Personally my favorite is the second one (it was a five star!), but without giving anything away, the characters from Half a Soul are in the third one much more. 💕

I have found your videos recently and cannot get enough. I have been reading a lot of Agatha Christie books this month, specifically her Hercule Poirot Mystery books. But a friend recently suggested Before The Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi and I almost finished it in one sitting. Yes, Half a Soul was so good! I read Ten Thousand Stitches (book 2) and I think I liked it even more, there is a small cameo from book 1 :D. You annotated it so beautifully!

OMG, this Babel edition is gorgeous!
Yes yes yes, PLEASE read The Sword of Kaigen! The first 50-100 pages might be so so, but please work through them, everything after is absolutely heart-wrenching and beautiful. I read it last year and I still keep thinking about it. And her another book, Blood over Bright Haven is just as good, maybe even better. It gripped me right with the first chapter.
Oh no Cath, now I had to spend money on The Spellshop 🤣🤣 I also ordered it for the English books section of my bookshop, hope the customers will buy it, too ❤

Hey, I love your channel, it got me inspired to try annotating my books and I have definitely started to enjoy reading more.
I do have a couple questions for you. It would be amazing if you could make a video about that.
1) How do you manage to juggle, sticker shop, book reviews, making TH-cam videos and a full time job? Thats's a lot of work. I started making videos a while ago and I am already struggling to keep up with work and yt.
2) Also, I would love a video about your top 10 book recommendations or reviews etc. I read babel because I saw you praising it one of your vlog and instantly fell in love with the book. And I need more recs. I am currently reading 'the unmasking of June Farrow.

I wasn't going to journal today because nothing remarkable has happened today, I have nothing I want to write down, just routine and more routine... but then you had to go and drop this video XD Of course I picked up my journal. Let's see what comes out of this.
Last sunday it was my birthday, I don't have friends near me but I have very good friends all over my country that have blessed me with books. I have received more than ten books over the last few days and I feel so... seen, you know what I mean? I spend most of my days alone, on my own, talking only to the people at the café that I go to read everyday before gym, and then the people at the gym. That's all, of course I don't mention my parents and my aunts, I talk to them every day. But it's not the same, we don't share tastes, we can't talk about books, for examples, because our reading habits and our choices are different (both of my parents are readers but not at our level). It's so lonely sometimes, but then after lunch I turn on my laptop and all of my friends are there, you all are there and I'm grateful for that.

i think the sugar and water combo takes a while to boil and it can get messy!! my sister had to do a couple of tries before she was comfortable doing it quickly :) also be careful with sugar burns because they hurt!!! good luck and enjoy 🤍
