Lady Green I make salads with fruits and a few pecans. You have to watch fat intake😏 I also cooked my veggies in bone broth and have that with brown rice. I do lentils with rice and vegetables. I use my air fry to make roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables. Good luck 🙏💕
Lady Green I also started doing meditation as well 15 minutes in the morning and nights. I promise that helps a lot to calm the mind. The first few weeks are hard.. they call it the monkey mind.. your mind is all over the place.. but training the mind to be still.. will help us to over come a lot. You have inspired me to try plant based. Potatoes, beans, rice and fruit and veggies have always been so much more satisfying to me that meat and cheese!

Used your recipe today. Cheated a bit and just took all of the ingredients and placed into a pressure cooker with enough vegetable broth to cover all the ingredients. Pressure cooked for six minutes. After the cycle was complete, I used the immersion blender in the pot of the pressure cooker and it thickened nicely. Came out wonderful! Took it to my pot luck at work and it disappeared quickly, everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us :)
I like that you use bullion, which gives food so much flavor. This way my family has no problem eating healthy vegan plant based foods. If it wasn’t for the salt I would never be able to get them eat vegan food! Thank you 🙏🏼

Having four children myself, I’m so curious how you handle when your children go to friends’ homes and are maybe offered other things off plan. As a vegan lol looking to switch the high carb low/no fat thank you thank you also finding stuff my husband and daughter will eat is a pain but they’ll eat this.... what is this red pepper sauce it looks amazing
So I just decided to go back to veganism because I am literally the exact same height as you and I’m noticing from watching a lot of your videos that we have similar reactions to food and weight gain and things like that maybe it’s a petite girls thing! So I actually made a similar soup I threw everything in the Insta pot I did a potato and leek soup and I puréed fresh garlic and onion added that in Added carrots added some Cremini mushrooms that were on sale water Himalayan pink salt black pepper a Bayleaf and some marjoram will see how it turns out but I am so excited to be back on this journey and to lose the corona 15 that I gained! I’ve gone gluten-free as well I’ve been doing that for months!
