Very excited for this figure and hopefully the team to come. Going to display them with the Sentinel. My favourite Wolverine will always be the brown costume as that's the look he had for the very first figure I got way back in 1991.
Oh man those claws.. especially the middle blade way off .. but the rest of the figure looks cool .. i can imagine a matte spray would make it look even cooler

Definitely loving the new head sculpt. The hair is the most essential part for me that's been missing from those older unmasked heads. John Byrne and Jim Lee art style are my minds view for this violent kanuck. Never too much Wolverone for this logan fan lmao. My fav costume has to be a close tie with tiger stripe and brown costume. Honestly, my Wolverine is probably the Astonishing or tiger stripe but in terms of figures, my favourite is the retro carded brown suit, his unmasked head hasn't been beat (it might be now) and he can complete so many versions of the xmen, also in X-Men 1 he was still wearing brown not yellow
I know we get a lot of wolverines, but for the X-men 60th anniversary I would love to get a classic looking pinless wolverine. I wouldn’t mind if they rereleased the animated one but without the cell shading. Throw in those two head sculpts with the masked head and that’s a solid release in my opinion

I have to make note that Wolverine is one of the only characters who's face is like wearing a mask even when he is not in the fact of his hair. Also why is it nobody ever commented back in the days the fact Wolverine and Beast sported the same hair style, yet Beast did not get credit for it like Wolverine did.
I do think that there are quite a few Wolverine variations, but to be honest I enjoy collecting them in the same way that I'm okay with the various Batman incarnations 💁♂️ My current favorite ML version is the Rebirth Wolverine with the glowing claws from the Bonebreaker BAF wave. But I still have a half dozen other variants, and I'm definitely looking forward to picking up this one as well now 😎👍
9:35 Oh yeah, you didn't put either of the two (House of M don't count) brown suit Wolverine's...his best costume 😎. That was my introduction to them with the Secret Wars figure in '84, but the tiger stripe holds a special place with (like you mentioned) being the look from the cartoon. I've been wanting a Fang costume version for decades. That one's definitely in my top 4.
My favorite unmasked Logan heads are the Amazon 5 pack and the cowboy heads. This new head does not have the Jim Lee vibe that is supposed to have. I will get it because I want the team on that uniform too, maybe I swap the head...
It looks a bit too small, but I love the head sculpts. Digital face printing is one step forward and two steps back. The eyes look weak. They need a bolder darker line defining the upper lid. And I will definitely be removing the dark red lipstick as soon as I open the package. I’m excited for the whole team in this uniform.
Great review Dan-Dub! I think after this Wolverine all that is left will be his Weapon X black -ops gear, a white tuxedo Patch two pack with Grey Hulk, and maybe a Samurai Logan. Whoops. I forgot that all previous versions will be redone pinless and with new claws. (Sigh)The evergreen Wolverine. 😂

When I was young, I prefered his yellow and black costume design. When I got older I prefered his brown and orange design. Today I prefer him just shirtless and in ripped jeans 😏
Finally they are getting Wolverines head sculpt right!! But why back to the old bent claws after they had fixed the claw issue!!? The next Wolverine figure I would like to see is with the werewolf Wolverine or Wolverine turning into the Brood
As always for Marvel Legends Wolverine figures, the weak link is still their craptastic clawed hands. I'll buy this as a placeholder, hopefully Mafex picks this up.
So I am new to purchasing Marvel figures of recent days and I really like this figures heads a lot. But I chose the Heated Claws Wolverine because I really like his overall look one of the best. But this head is amazing.

Had no idea this was a pinless body. Wish it had a diagram joint though, but that'll probably be in the next go-round. It's just the Logan heads they make never look right. These at least look less cartoonish; but they look like Wolverine's wearing lipstick, and the heads look too small for the body. But it's not like any company has done a stellar comic accurate job on a Logan head. The custom guys like FanPlasticFour sure know how to do it. If only they could get hired on/less interference with bad decisions from hasbro & disney.
I'm still waiting for the Tan outfit WITH a shouting face sculpt. NO damage on his mask! After 15+ releases.. I don't think i will ever get that version.

And It's nice to add another wolverine into display. But still waiting for my second favorite of all time. The astonishing one. And they were close with the heat claws one but it wasn't it. Because of the astonishing cyclops and emma frost I really hope they will give us wolverine and they will Nail him🤞
Looks like a winner to me. The pinvisible joints are a big improvement. The unmasked heads are better than most of the previous offerings. Maybe the noses are a tad long, but still good. More please Hasbro.
8:23 The faces (maybe the entire heads) are definitely too small. The eyes look so beady-eyed. Besides that, at least they're moving in the right direction with making them less caricaturiatic ugly. And agree with the digital paint looking better.

This is not my favorite Wolverine suit, but this suit is from my favorite team when the X-Men reuinited after being separated for so long.

Fun fact... Storm is only wearing that costume on the cover. Interiors is an early variation of her Silver costume.
She wore that costume once in UXM #270, but with long ponytail hairstyle.

This is the definitive wolverine body mold for now… we just need toe articulation at it should be the perfect body mold

The shoulder needs an upgrade, it’s small compared to his new arms..
That's a hasbro issue for ALL their figures. I think the only good bulky shoulders are the BAF and omega red buck. Also 80th cap
