I made this today but did not add tomatoes. After Sambhar came to a boil and simmered for 10 minutes, I added boiled drumsticks and potatoes. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes. It came out great without any tempering

Di sambhar to lajavab dikh rha h bt jo last me Apne tadka dala o shayad jal gya h otherwise receive is very well
