The "robotic supersoldiers" idea makes sense. I'm wondering if this illegal research becomes the MCU launching point for the Sentinels program, which Disney can do now that it fully controls the rights to the X-men stories and characters.
The commercial, could it be that the shark represents Mephisto, offering something with a trap to Wanda (shipwrecked on the island), who found herself alone, empty, and without hope, but what he offers her is something that he does not will be able to control, and what ends up consuming her in some way?
It's possible. Also Marvel storyline is never a linear one. So, I guess Mephisto or Nightmare might be puppeteering Wanda to build her dream bubble. On the other hand Hayward could be a Hydra agent who planted Agatha Harkin(Agnes) inside Westview.
In the animated "Avengers Assemble" show, Ultron took a human form as a government official to take out the avengers, So Hayward could be Ultron in disguise and that's probably why he wants Vision's corpse
I think the Bee Keeper (Agent Franklin) became Pietro! Thats why hes asking so many questions. Hes a SWORD agent and is trying to find out how Wanda is doing this!
As a 90s kid I can honestly say that this is one of the best homages to the 90s I’ve ever seen. The claymation commercial for a kids snack hit me with so much nostalgia I almost couldn’t believe how accurate it was. But wanted to see more 90s things in the background, like a PS1 with a copy of Crash Bandicoot or Spyro the dragon, Pokémon trading cards, gogurt and fruit roll up wrappers everywhere. Any other 90s things you can think of?
Notice that Wanda, who told Monica she was not part of her village, and held the same contempt for SWORD, turns those characters into a circus: a group of people who visit, but are not part of the community.
it's not a 90's opener, it's a riff on malcolm in the middle a 2000's show. People miss when quicksilver calls the kids demon spawn. In the comics the kids were made from two slivers of memphisto's soul.
I’m not sure it’s Maphisto anymore, it could be his son, Nightmare. They both love messing with humans so it could be either of them. Wanda realized that what “Pietro” was saying, would be true about him, if your dead husband can’t die again, neither could her dead brother so she blasted him. Billy copies the magical aspects of his mother’s powers, telepathy, telekinesis, reality warping and magic manipulation. I looked up the scientific field that Monica’s friend is in on the marvel wiki and the list was Reed and Susan Richards, Victor Von Doom, Adam Brashshear (Blue Marvel).
I understand you want to catch everything but you're missing things by trying to catch everything, if that makes sense. Marvel is good at redirecting the viewer. Mephisto probably isn't what's happening. The kick-ass line was in reference to both actors playing quicksilver were both in the kick-ass movie. The cataracts on the computer,yo magic is a quote vision used b4. Your younger brother saying he would go through that field 5 times he don't know why she's upset needs to remember that Monica's mother died of cancer. Probably an exposure to radiation. She doesn't want to confront that she's been exposed to a type of radiation herself.
Monica wasn’t playing along when she first went into Westview. It wasn’t until Wanda started talking about her brother that Monica started to break through a little bit and that is why she mentioned Ultron. She wouldn’t have mentioned Ultron if she was free and just acting along.
Nice throwback to Malcolm in Middle, which started in 2000, same year as 1st X-men movie. Ellis Ave is throwback to scene in 1st X-men movie where Magneto and other mutants are near Ellis Island in New York City.....
"The key to illusion is to point the wrong direction" (From an episode of Twilight Zone) Damn, they are doing it very well. Amazing show! Nice react! Cheers!
This is 00s though. Opening theme is based on "Malcolm in the Middle" which aired from 2000 to 2006. Remember how "Pietro" talked to Wanda about nightmares? He could be Nightmare.
Notice how of all the WestView people at the edge of the Hex, Agnes is the only one who isn't glitching, could talk, AND has the same name as her character's after being "freed" (if she was ever being manipulated at all) from the Hex's control by Vision. Take note that she's the only cast S.W.O.R.D. can't ID in their board.
Vision will recognized Darcy inside the Hex and he will wake up her. And i thing Darcy found something important and she will help. The beekeeper (Agent Franklin) appears in the intro of episode 3. He is the ice cream man.
I asked myself why would she violently attack her own brother?... One day after I watched, it struck me... OMG Quicksilver could not have known that Vision died once before! He said before he only remembers dying in Sokovia and showing up in Westviews. And I don`t think Wanda told him about Vision. So either he lies about who he is or what he remembers/knows. Wanda must be sure that Quicksilver is not who he says, hence the unmitigated attack.
Quicksilver and vision only has the memories Wanda let’s them have. He knows that information because she knows. There are made from her likeness. Quicksilver is just Evan peters because she couldn’t stand to see ATJ’s face
I still believe by the placement of the Infinity stones in the gauntlet Thanos wore that the Mind stone being placed on the back of the gauntlet means it is sort of like a master control for the 6 stones and when Wanda and Pietro received their powers from Hydra that Wanda's were actually from the Reality stone and not the Mind stone. Why else could she be wielding the powers of the Reality stone? Her powers in the comics are the ability to warp or control reality and not telekinesis and telepathy. No her Mutant powers, and they can now say the Mind stone just unlocked her latent mutant powers, are her Hex magic and it alters reality to fit her needs. She now has much much more control over that in the comics than she used to when the affects she created were totally random and not really under her control and is one of the reasons she sought out Agatha Harkness to teach her real magic to help her better control her Hex magic. Now that brings me to the Hexagon shape of the barrier around the town. There are 6 points to a hexagon and there were 6 Infinity stones. By what we saw in this episode Wanda has recreated the Mind stone and if my theory of it being a sort of master control for the other 5 stones shows Wanda must have recreated the Reality stone or at least is able to tap into the power of that stone to be able to do this reality altering she has been doing for the whole show. Thanos claimed to have used the stones to destroy the stones yet those stones were created at the big bang when the universe was made so there is no way to destroy them within the universe without destroying the universe itself so they were just hidden or changed. I think she has at the very least found or changed two of the stones back. I don't believe Marvel has any plans to do another story line in the MCU around the stones, but nothing in the Marvel Universe is ever permanent, not even death and that will also apply to the MCU. Pietro is not really Pietro, but is acting like a flunky for the villain who put Wanda on this path. She created this pocket reality, but she is being manipulated by someone with power on a cosmic level and it is either Mephisto or Nightmare acting on Mephisto's behalf. When vision left the barrier he still had the Mind stone in his head and it was active so she recreated the Mind stone. The kids are Mephisto's creations so she can't control them. Hayward just wants Vision and has no interest in Wanda except to stop her from keeping the barrier up. Remember when Monica came back to S.W.O.R.D. headquarters and Hayward was talking about AI weapons.. he was studying Vision's body trying to make weapons and he wants the body back for further study. Basically we have a magic villain and a tech villain for the show.
The one in the far right ( idk your names I just landed on your channel, sorry ) mentioned that this plot reminded him of House of M history from the comics and in an interview the creator of the show confirmed that it was one of the inspiration used to write the show. Also ( fun fact ) in a interview for Age of Ultron Liz said that her favorite story was House of M and you love to do it and see Wanda go mad but thought Marvel would never go that path by it was too dark.
I saw the commercial as Wanda being able to sustain herself and her family with her magic, but everyone else is stranded in the hex with no sustenance. If she continues to do this, only her family will survive and everyone else will die. They can’t live off her mind control forever.
I hope that the Aerospace engineer friend is either Reed Richards or Susan Storm. I bet that Joseph Gordon-Levitt will show up in the next episode as Reed Richards!
No, Monica did not go in knowing what she was doing. Once you go in the hex, you play a character under Wanda’s control. She was snapped by reality once Wanda brought up Pietro. Darcy will most likely be the same way. Since Darcy has an understanding of what is going on, Vision will probably remember her after she ran to him, and keep her aware in order to stop Wanda.
Glad you guys picked up all those things like about Hell and Agnes fake acting. Obviously Agnes tried to rile up Vision so he would breach the barrier so Wanda would expand the field. Could her and Mephisto want the whole planet to be part of Wanda's dimension so it becomes a sort of Hell on Earth?
Man I really can’t wait until we see doctor strange just mediating in the sanctum and we see in his mind Wanda calling for help and see reality rips apart bring new things every where
Its all Wanda! And Shakespeare's phrase that all the world is a stage and all men and women merely players is Easter egg to Wandavision. All of us is only players in her stage. And all the world is a Wanda's stage.
*Something about Hayward is screaming Ultron to me....*: a theory and inquiry - is there a precedent in the comics for Ultron to take over a human body? i know that Brainiac did that in the Justice League animated series after what seemed like his complete defeat. he shot a microchip of himself into Lex Luthor or something like that, My theory requires a reinspection of the main characters of Age of Ultron: *Tony, Ultron, Wanda, & Vision* - Tony accidentally makes Ultron ---> Wanda & Pietro work for Ultron until they learn his plan ---> Ultron begins creating an infinity stone-powered synthezoid for himself ---> Tony foils this with a pinch of Jarvis & a surprise sprinkle of Mjolnir zaps to work out the kinks then boom Vision is born ---> Vision lifts Mjolnir and pretty much immediately becomes an Avenger ---> Wanda & Pietro become Avengers bc Hawkeye ---> Ultron fills Pietro with bullets ---> Wanda tears out main Ultron's "heart" (but he seems to actually feel the pain which always intrigued me about Wanda's powers) ---> Vision blasts the last scraps of Ultron (but it only zooms out and shows the bright beam) ---> My theory: {Fury sends S.W.O.R.D. to clean up Sokovia since the events of Winter Soldier compromise S.H.I.E.L.D.'S 'Damage Control' unit. Hayward leads the clean up crew and the real last scrap of Ultron pulls the ol' Brainiac-Lex Luthor trick and fires a microcopy of himself into Hayward's bloodstream.} He just seems to be obsessed with having Vision's body. Not telling the rest of S.W.O.R.D. about his tracker on Vision is what makes me think he is on his own mission. idk maybe he *is* just a man that wants to repurpose it as a weapon for Hydra or something..... or *maybe* that synthezoid is the only tech advanced enough to bring himself back as Ultron
Vision died technically twice b4 Pietro said he can't die twice. Wonder if Thanos didn't kill him just stopped his program. My 11 year old son noticed when Wanda and kids first went out trick or treating in Wanda's World it was daytime at about same time frame Woo and Monica attacked the SWORD Agents it was dark outside BUT timing looked close to the same. Also I think commercials and Theme songs will tell us what's occurring. The boy in commercial what stood out at the end red shirt his skull.
With Pietro is one of 2 things either he's a foreign entity attracted by Wanda's power trying to figure out how she did it. Or he's is a puppet controlled by Wanda's subconscious trying to snap herself out of it. But he's not Mephisto or Quicksilver, at least I don't think so.
@@joelmu13 i agree im still haven't figured that part out yet either. my thinking is only he and vision are starting to get free will and be more aware. maybe she lets them have it so they be more real like?? more of a genuine relationship if they have their own thoughts. would that make sense?
This might be too much, But im really having a Professor X thing on this, Like who could possibly help Wanda Professor X have everything that's what he does best, remember Jean, I think he sends QS in, QS been asking questions, So many Questions seems like he's fishing some infos, And also think that Prof. X is whom Lizie mentioned about the big cameo
I don't think it's Mephisto I'd say it has a higher chance of being Nicholas Scratch who is Agnes's son in the comics btw because of the episode where she brought the bunny named Mr scratches
Wanda gets angry with "Pietro", and hits him, because he tells him that Vision "cannot die twice", he says it in front of the children, it is also to delve deep into Wanda's wound, since she saw Vision die twice , one by herself, to prevent the disappearance of half of the living beings, and another at the hands of Thanos.
When Cap goes back in time to return infinity stones at end of Endgame, where does he put Vision's mindstone? How did Wanda retrieve the mindstone to resurrect Vision, after she infiltrated S.W.O.R.D to steal his corpse? Vision still had the mindstone on him when he broke outside the hex barrier into the present world..............
It sounds like you're assuming this is the same Mind Stone. Some theories suggested by others are that perhaps Wanda was able to recreate one, or that she stole one from an alternate universe. There's more to the theories, but I don't want to ruin it further for anyone should one of them prove true.
It kind of helps to look at the show through the view of the upcoming Doctor Strange movie, who are his villains, we know after this the what if series starts, I think Doctor Strange might actually show up in this
The Aerospace Engineer that Monica is waiting for is Adam Brashear aka Blue Marvel. He worked with her in the comic books and with the passing of Chadwick Boseman aka T'Challa / Black Panther what better way to bring in another person of color that happens to be a man. Also, it's Black History Month.
Yeah, it's possible. But consider this: people around Wanda get the most "gas" to move and behave, even somehow autonomically (like Herb asking Wanda if she wants something changed.) It's probable that Agnes had enough energy to try to get to the barrier, but she got too far from Wanda and she was almost out of power. I mean, I get why people are suspicious of Agnes, she IS hella sus, but then I can't shake the feeling this card was played too early to not be a potential red herring.
Quicksilver is Quicksilver but he’s being influenced by Wandas hex and possibly Mephisto/Nightmare. He wasn’t casted by mistake, there is multiverse coming as well the X-Men coming into the MCU. There are bigger cameos coming and they not casted by mistake
I'm surprised they didn't catch that it was referencing Malcolm in the middle especially since these two boys here look like the characters from Malcolm in the middle.

I don't know why but maybe when Pietro said "Damn it, if Westview isn't charming as hell" is just him praising the town.
“This is so 90s!” “Yeah!” 😩
In the animated "Avengers Assemble" show, Ultron took a human form as a government official to take out the avengers,
So Hayward could be Ultron in disguise and that's probably why he wants Vision's corpse
That's actually interesting tho
@@aritrianditya7700 If you check the cast you'll see JAMES SPADER as Ultron, is that a coincidence. Is Ultron coming back?
The Sword agents become clowns and mimes and their operation, a circus. Subtle. Best. Leo.
I think the Bee Keeper (Agent Franklin) became Pietro! Thats why hes asking so many questions. Hes a SWORD agent and is trying to find out how Wanda is doing this!
yo billy is actually wiccan and the other one is speed that means in the future there will be a tv show about young avengers
Actually Wiccan is Billy reincarnation
@@albumkosong I don't think the MCU will do 'reincarnations' but regardless, Billy is still Wiccan in the comics, through reincarnation.
That father daughter moment at 1:15 was too cute!!!!
lol It looked like Agnes was getting a mind-meld at 6:20
it's not a 90's opener, it's a riff on malcolm in the middle a 2000's show. People miss when quicksilver calls the kids demon spawn. In the comics the kids were made from two slivers of memphisto's soul.
The last 3 episodes will be an hour a piece. I'm stoked.
You're mostly right. Monica was talking about her mom but she is also probably getting her powers.
They skipped 90s and went to 2000s...
Malcolm in the Middle spoof which is a 2000s show
Except it's really "The Adventures of Pete & Pete."
Monica wasn’t playing along when she first went into Westview. It wasn’t until Wanda started talking about her brother that Monica started to break through a little bit and that is why she mentioned Ultron. She wouldn’t have mentioned Ultron if she was free and just acting along.
am I og subscriber? i have subscribed you guys 3 years now! almost 100k
Nah....that beekeeper was in the official poster, he’s gonna end up a big part of this show MARK MY WORDS 😂😂
Didn’t expect you guys to drop episode 6 so quickly considering you only just uploaded episode 5
Nice throwback to Malcolm in Middle, which started in 2000, same year as 1st X-men movie. Ellis Ave is throwback to scene in 1st X-men movie where Magneto and other mutants are near Ellis Island in New York City.....
"The key to illusion is to point the wrong direction" (From an episode of Twilight Zone)
Damn, they are doing it very well. Amazing show!
Nice react!
Cheers!
The shark in the commercial talk just like Pietro.
This is 00s though. Opening theme is based on "Malcolm in the Middle" which aired from 2000 to 2006.
Remember how "Pietro" talked to Wanda about nightmares? He could be Nightmare.
The great villain was "Please Stand By"
Elizabeth Olsen did say House of M is her favorite comic from Marvel, she also said that she hopes they do a storyline from it.
Heyy by the way the next and last 3 episodes are gonna be an hour-long show now.
Thanos claimed to have used the stones to destroy the stones yet those stones were created at the big
bang when the universe was made so there is no way to destroy them within the universe without destroying the universe itself so they were just hidden or changed.
Guys anyone noticed an easter egg in ep 2 indicating grim reaper?
Agnes: "Witch"
Vision: "Weapon"
Quicksilver: "Mefisto?"
Monica: "Foton"
Hayward: "Ultron?"
Comercial "Shark" Ep 6: "Town glitching and starving to death"
Westview Hex Magic Forcefield: "Mutants"
Nope
I hope that the Aerospace engineer friend is either Reed Richards or Susan Storm. I bet that Joseph Gordon-Levitt will show up in the next episode as Reed Richards!
No, Monica did not go in knowing what she was doing. Once you go in the hex, you play a character under Wanda’s control. She was snapped by reality once Wanda brought up Pietro. Darcy will most likely be the same way. Since Darcy has an understanding of what is going on, Vision will probably remember her after she ran to him, and keep her aware in order to stop Wanda.
dang I wish you guys caught the kick ass reference!
i have a threory that Hayward messing around with visions body is gonna somehow release ultron.
The show takes place in New Jersey. There’s an nhl team called the New Jersey devils .’
All of the world is a Vestview.
Some people are really dedicated to the idea that Agnes is in on this.
Wanda literally paused her own show to save Vision. Plus, Jimmy Woo is a badass. Who knew!? lol
I loved this reaction, keep it up 👍
*Something about Hayward is screaming Ultron to me....*: a theory and inquiry - is there a precedent in the comics for Ultron to take over a human body? i know that Brainiac did that in the Justice League animated series after what seemed like his complete defeat. he shot a microchip of himself into Lex Luthor or something like that,
My theory requires a reinspection of the main characters of Age of Ultron:
*Tony, Ultron, Wanda, & Vision* - Tony accidentally makes Ultron ---> Wanda & Pietro work for Ultron until they learn his plan ---> Ultron begins creating an infinity stone-powered synthezoid for himself ---> Tony foils this with a pinch of Jarvis & a surprise sprinkle of Mjolnir zaps to work out the kinks then boom Vision is born ---> Vision lifts Mjolnir and pretty much immediately becomes an Avenger ---> Wanda & Pietro become Avengers bc Hawkeye ---> Ultron fills Pietro with bullets ---> Wanda tears out main Ultron's "heart" (but he seems to actually feel the pain which always intrigued me about Wanda's powers) ---> Vision blasts the last scraps of Ultron (but it only zooms out and shows the bright beam) ---> My theory:
{Fury sends S.W.O.R.D. to clean up Sokovia since the events of Winter Soldier compromise S.H.I.E.L.D.'S 'Damage Control' unit. Hayward leads the clean up crew and the real last scrap of Ultron pulls the ol' Brainiac-Lex Luthor trick and fires a microcopy of himself into Hayward's bloodstream.}
He just seems to be obsessed with having Vision's body.
He’s quicksilver. He has the memories. And he had the dead body of quicksilver
@@ryanroberts3270 true but he also knows far too much, and asks too many questions, and the dead husband commentary was a step out of character.
@@joelmu13 i agree im still haven't figured that part out yet either. my thinking is only he and vision are starting to get free will and be more aware. maybe she lets them have it so they be more real like?? more of a genuine relationship if they have their own thoughts. would that make sense?
They also said Nightmare 2 times. I think the head of the sword and Agnes made a deal together
Love this family videos 🥇
This might be too much, But im really having a Professor X thing on this, Like who could possibly help Wanda Professor X have everything that's what he does best, remember Jean, I think he sends QS in, QS been asking questions, So many Questions seems like he's fishing some infos, And also think that Prof. X is whom Lizie mentioned about the big cameo
One person who could possibly help Wanda is Strange. And we know this show is tied with his second movie.
The boys are twins. One has Wanda’s powers(Billy) and one has Pietro’s powers(tommy)
8:17 lol same.
I don't think it's Mephisto I'd say it has a higher chance of being Nicholas Scratch who is Agnes's son in the comics btw because of the episode where she brought the bunny named Mr scratches
New trailer for Godzilla vs kong and it’s so amazing
This weeks episode is Malcolm in The Middle which was in the 2000s not the 90s
I really hope Monica’s guy is Reed Richards played by John Krasinski
Ansioso pra ver essa reação 👏🏻
Y'all should react to Malcom in the middle!
and the Movie Kick-Ass!
They somewhat mentioned nightmare a few times on the show he may show up too.
Pietro's either Mephisto or Nightmare (personally, I think it's the latter bcs of the Dr. Strange sequel).
Nope
Hayward seems to hate super-powered individuals
Billy can reality warp/Magic abilities like Wanda
I think Mefisto or however you spell it is controlling Pietro.
Yes I think so to.
@@swimrock9410 Nope
It kind of helps to look at the show through the view of the upcoming Doctor Strange movie, who are his villains, we know after this the what if series starts, I think Doctor Strange might actually show up in this
The Aerospace Engineer that Monica is waiting for is Adam Brashear aka Blue Marvel. He worked with her in the comic books and with the passing of Chadwick Boseman aka T'Challa / Black Panther what better way to bring in another person of color that happens to be a man. Also, it's Black History Month.
19:40 aw that was cute
So at the borders everyone starts glitching except Agnes
Driving the car so casually
She's framing Wanda making it seem like it's all hers
Keep telling yourselves she's driven by grief.
Every villain is driven by something
The next 3 episodes will have around 1 hour according to Kevin Feige
