My favorite detail from this episode is that the top-classified project which Darcy hacks into and ends up e-mailing to Jimmy - is called Cataract - aka vision impairment. So in the next episode, we will for sure get Monica and Jimmy finding out about SWORD's plans on Vision.
I was under the impression that Vision's body is decaying overtime because its made of vibranium, thats how sword is tracking him, based on radiation. So, Wanda is filling in the literal missing pieces of vision that have decayed. Thats why when he leaves the hex, the pieces wanda has filled in start flying back into the hex, while the decaying body of vision remains.
@@MontgomeryWenis plus the mind stone didn't fly back in one would assume if anything wanda replaced on vision would fly back into the hex it would be that but it doesn't it stayed out side the hex the whole time
@Bio Kimistry I would assume the "refined" forms of vibranium used in Vision, Cap's shield and Wakandan weapons/armor are stable and not radioactive. However, being a fictional material, the writers obviously can create some way to track Vision's vibranium "signature".
The meaning of the commercials: 1. The toaster looked like Vision and the dot was the Mind stone. 2. The Strucker watch represented the Time stone. 3. The Hydra Soap was shaped like the tessaract and was the Space stone. 4. The red spilled liquid was the Aether and the Reality stone. 5. This weeks claymation commercial ended with a Red Skull kid on the island of Vormir like the Soul stone. Each commercial is a different representation of an Infinity Stone. Expect the last one to represent the Power stone and have some relation to something purple.
Ehhhh. I thought it was more personal to Wanda's trauma. 1. The Stark toaster and the tension of the red light signified her story of being buried looking at Stark weaponry hoping it would not go off 2. The structure watch was her time as an experiment, and not knowing the passage of time while there 3. The hydra soap is basically the same, the cube could be the tesseract but I feel its more cubes she was playing(?) with in the cell. How she was repeatedly tested using them. 3. The towel was of course lagos, the red liquid representing blood 4. The island is tricky. Many, many theories. I have a feeling its trauma to an event yet to be revealed to the audience but in direct relation to the origin events of the show.
@@OriginalRAB I don’t disagree with that...but they have multiple meanings and one of those meanings is definitely a specific Infinity Stone for each commercial. But you are right about the other meaning as well.
Vision was in pieces. She took those pieces to construct a new Vision. That is why he doesn't have memories, and why when he tried to leave he was pulled apart. He is not Vision. He is a construct of her own memories, made with Vision's pieces.
So interesting no one catches the reference, when Pietro mentioned Shangri-La at 3:18. It is where Doctor Strange was trained, a master of the ... multiverse.
The commercial is about “magic” is for survivors... wanda survived the stone and hydra’s experiment due to her family being tied to witchcraft. She had that in her lineage before she was exposed to the stone.
@@mathsalot8099 I wonder if that's a nod to the twins' allying with Ultron, but Pietro getting killed by him instead... running with the Wanda trauma theme. I had been thinking it was about the people being stuck in Wanda's quarantined island, and she doesn't realize they're not able to sustain themselves with her magic. They'll eventually need food that's not produced in Westview. It's definitely the most unusual commercial yet.
For those crying "There's not enough time to setup a Mephisto big bad!!!", I ask... is 90 minutes not long enough to setup a villain? Hmmm. Pretty sure movies do it all the time. Did Killmonger get 4 hours of development? Dormammu? Vulture?
For the commercial, the boy on the island says he’d do anything for a snack. The shark shows up to fulfill that wish, saying he’d snack on yo magic, aka, “your magic”, now he’s free to do what he wants. We are now seeing a commercial relating to present day Wanda and a quite literal reference that Wanda’s powers are feeding whoever is really behind this.
I think he's both. It would be less complicated than to have both Nightmare and Mephisto in the MCU. It's not the first time Marvel changed the villain's origin so that it doesn't get too repetitive.
I agree with Hector, having one of the Fantastic Four just show up as the "aerospace engineer" ala Barry Allen as "The Scientist" in ARROW season 2, would be a great setup. Maybe the episode ends with the reveal the engineer got approved for their first space mission since the Blip to test out a new ship design--along with 3 other crewmates.
I have a feeling Monica's mysterious contact is Simon Williams AKA Wonder Man (played by Nathan Fillion, as he was supposed to in Guardians of the Galaxy 2) and we've got the Wonder Man concept art in the background of WandaVision behind-the-scenes.
With this commercial I was thinking that the kids were sucking her powers to get theirs. That’s why it took Wicken to notice Vision was in trouble, not Wanda.
I got the idea that the Yo-Magic commercial was clueing us in to the fact that the people on the fringes of the city are starving to death/dying because they arent allowed to eat, go to the bathroom, etcetera.
i fucking love you guys. i could listen to you guys spit ball for hours. also, i appreciate how you guys not only bring into comic history into speculation but also legalities over characters/marvel studios as well
A version of Kang the Conqueror, Immortus, is literally the guy behind everything in this arc from the West Cost Avengers comics about the twins. He constructed everything so that her extreme trauma would power her up enough for him to use for his own plans. Because Wanda is a Nexus Being just like Kang the Conqueror, and her power would allow Immortus to safeguard certain realities he was put in charge of. She is equal across all Timelines, Realities, and Divergences. Which is also clarified in the comics to mean she looks identical in all of them. She also has an evil Nexus counterpart named Lore who goes around sucking the power and life out of other counterparts and their realities.
vision got out and pled for help to the person that was trying to use him, maybe wanda also asked for help to someone who is trying to use her *cough* Mafisto
where the hell is DOTTIE? I think some of this episode is there to misdirect us, like: the whole scene of Agnes in the car (and why she was so close to where the dome is?), HERB asking if something needed to be changed ... I think that even Ralph might be a misdirection
I watched a video earlier, about Mephisto. My theory is this. Dottie was puppet for both Mephisto and Agnes. Agnes controlled her in a away but let Mephisto have some influence. That allowed Mephisto to get close enough to Wanda especially after she cut her hand and may have gotten the her blood on Wanda's hand. Which then created Wanda's pregnancy. Over the next 2 episodes Dottie disappeared cause Mephisto didnt have enough energy off of Wanda to keep control. So Agnes got rid of Dottie. The twins are born and when Pietro was brought up and Wanda started to think about him. That fed Mephisto enough to age the children, however backfired with Monica and also how quickly Wanda recovered from it. Though Agnes and Mephisto had the idea of to bring her brother back but used a living Pietro face instead. So Mephisto freed himself from Agnes's pendant. Took the form of Pietro to evoke emotion and grief out of Wanda. That is why Agnes hasnt been wearing her broch or pendant since the twins were born.
When the show started it was all kind of perfect. But now there are cracks everywhere. Going by that Shark ad, I think Wanda is being drained out and as someone is feasting on her Power, she is loosing control creating cracks in this perfect world.

One thing I’ve noticed is that in some episodes so far is that scenes in the recap are slightly different. For instance when Wanda shot Monica out of Westview Vision asked her where Monica went. In the episode Wanda just said “Oh she left honey, she had to rush home” but in the recap Wanda says “Oh she left honey, she didn’t belong here”. Is Wanda also editing the recaps? Is that another level of meta on meta?
The kid in the commercial represents the people in the outskirts of town who can't move. They are probably starving to death. Agnes was way passed those people and she was able to move and talk? Shes lying to Vision. About Quicksilver, I think its really him, hes aware of his surroundings, but obviously doesn't know the details.
All the "characters" seem more or less aware of what's going on. Agnes knew Wanda has a "script" and other characters seem too. Agnes is playing an act here, she is fully aware of the situation.

The Shark played her, either to feed off her magic and let her be imprisoned by her own will. Or he is manipulating Wanda in her grief to wreak havoc down the line.
I don't really know, just theorizing. I hope there is some kind of villain behind the curtain pulling some strings.
Whatever they are doing, I'm in for it. All the way. Love the series, Love you guys. Until next time! ♥
Great theory and insight!
This show keeps getting more insane, insane and insane
I've been a fan of you three since 2016. I'm still amazed that you stuck together after all this years. Your chemistry is the best thing I see whenever I watch reactors. You're the best for me. Thank you for all of this.
The Mexican bit at the end had me laughing. So funny.
Rewatched Dr Strange post credits - Mordo steals a guys magic and he says "too many sorcerers" he is gonna tie into Dr. Strange 2 with this "no more mutants" teasing line
David Hudgin oh snap 😮
Kevin Feige said the whole show will be 6 hours in all, and everything up to episode is only 3 hours! So that means the last 3 episodes will be at least 50 minutes each!
I wouldn't be surprised if it's all saved for the last episode to maximize the crazy reveal potential.
@@steffurness nah I think it's more likely each episode will be 50 mins
@@ariyansingh4914 ok.
Feige confirmed that the last 3 episodes will be 1 hour each.
@@anthonywhalen238 I thought I had heard something like that. Thank you.
Fantastic reaction and discussion, as always! You guys are the best and I mean it. I don't consider the weekly episode of Wandavision as "complete" until I've seen you reaction. Keep up the good work! Saludos from Madrid! =)
"i did not wear stretchy pants for what's about to happen" HDJDJDJSJD
most reaction channels I skip to see the reaction and then thats it, but with you guys I watch the whole video great to hear your theories especially since unlike a lot of other channels you guys actually know about all these different comic book characters. great video!
@@Lupin788 Even stable elements decay, just at slower rates
The meaning of the commercials:
1. The Stark toaster and the tension of the red light signified her story of being buried looking at Stark weaponry hoping it would not go off
2. The structure watch was her time as an experiment, and not knowing the passage of time while there
3. The hydra soap is basically the same, the cube could be the tesseract but I feel its more cubes she was playing(?) with in the cell. How she was repeatedly tested using them.
3. The towel was of course lagos, the red liquid representing blood
Hispanics have claimed Vision for sure 😂
I have a feeling Hayward may secretly be Ultron in disguise.
Yes thank u I thought I was the only one who thought this bro
It’s so much that makes me think he’s Ultron the Hate for Wanda, wanting Visions body so badly
But he looks human
@@rizz1088 but what if he's upgraded himself to look human just like how vision can make himself look human
Vision was in pieces. She took those pieces to construct a new Vision. That is why he doesn't have memories, and why when he tried to leave he was pulled apart. He is not Vision. He is a construct of her own memories, made with Vision's pieces.
I kept refreshing the browser to see when your reaction dropped!!!
A magical event of that magnitude.. I think a certain Sorcerer Supreme is at least going to make a glance at this :D
So interesting no one catches the reference, when Pietro mentioned Shangri-La at 3:18. It is where Doctor Strange was trained, a master of the ... multiverse.
Dr. Strange trained at Kamar-Taj, though.
The commercial is about “magic” is for survivors... wanda survived the stone and hydra’s experiment due to her family being tied to witchcraft. She had that in her lineage before she was exposed to the stone.
That’s a very plausible explanation. I like it a lot.
Except the kid died. Its the only commercial so far where a customer is unable to use the product.
Dormammu? Vulture?
I love this Trio . Big fan for a few years from Ireland. Never underestimate the positive vibes you are giving the world
How wonderful are these three guys?!
"Mom & Dad would have love it."
I hope the Dad is Magneto!
Except their parent died. They even said that at the beginning of the episode
Does anybody else love the chemistry between these guys? They are having such a good time :)
I had the same reaction to the “please stand by” credits lol
You all had a PRICELESS reaction when it was over. A pissed look. LOL. Great Analysis guys.
The movies on the marquee - The Incredibles (family of superheroes) and the Parent Trap (reunited twins).
Also incredibles has stretchy hero so maybe teasing Reed Richard's as Monica's contact
Correct
For the commercial, the boy on the island says he’d do anything for a snack. The shark shows up to fulfill that wish, saying he’d snack on yo magic, aka, “your magic”, now he’s free to do what he wants. We are now seeing a commercial relating to present day Wanda and a quite literal reference that Wanda’s powers are feeding whoever is really behind this.
I think he’s someone in disguise like Mephisto or Nightmare.
I think Kevin Feige is smarter than that
I think he's both. It would be less complicated than to have both Nightmare and Mephisto in the MCU.
It's not the first time Marvel changed the villain's origin so that it doesn't get too repetitive.
@@zeroskaterz92 Hmm maybe
Why can't he just be a classic X Men paranoid who wants to build Sentinels and kill all super powered beings?
@@JohnMC61 that was a fake toy btw it was wanda and mephisto but it was already debunked, you can look it up online.
Agustin with that peak mexican lingo with the "oilo, mijo". That was great
HAYWARD or AW...HYDRA...how cute.
I love these guys passion and excitement. Reminds me of my borthers and I getting hyped over these things
With this commercial I was thinking that the kids were sucking her powers to get theirs. That’s why it took Wicken to notice Vision was in trouble, not Wanda.
Wanda can't control Vision like the others, and she was very distracted by her conversations with Pietro to notice something was wrong.
I got the idea that the Yo-Magic commercial was clueing us in to the fact that the people on the fringes of the city are starving to death/dying because they arent allowed to eat, go to the bathroom, etcetera.
That also would explain why there weren’t any children yet cause Wanda doesn’t want to harm them
My husband said the same thing...that Vision’s color was fading (especially in his cape).
i fucking love you guys. i could listen to you guys spit ball for hours. also, i appreciate how you guys not only bring into comic history into speculation but also legalities over characters/marvel studios as well
Wanda: "mi gusta mucho"
Me: "oh dear"
Same.
My favorite reaction channel I was waiting for yall!
where the hell is DOTTIE?
I think some of this episode is there to misdirect us, like: the whole scene of Agnes in the car (and why she was so close to where the dome is?), HERB asking if something needed to be changed ... I think that even Ralph might be a misdirection
Dottie sus. Also, where’s Ralph?
@@HeroesReforged the thought of him being in there all along we just never caught it, have already crossed my mind ...
You guys are in my top 3 favorite reactions I look forward to.
When the show started it was all kind of perfect. But now there are cracks everywhere. Going by that Shark ad, I think Wanda is being drained out and as someone is feasting on her Power, she is loosing control creating cracks in this perfect world.
I thought the same.
That ‘please stand by’ screen is the bane of my existence
"The Incredibles" - A movie about a family with super powers.
"The Parent Trap" - A movie about twins.
The Parent Trap - A movie about twins who do everything in their power to save their parent’s marriage and weed out the bad people. Hmmm 🕵🏻♂️
@@HeroesReforged Maybe we'll get to see some of that in coming episodes.

I am pretty sure the aerospace engineer is Blue Marvel, who is also a love interest for Monica in the comics. He fits the situation.
Wow, you guys are so in tune with each other I thought you were brothers. Great insights on these shows!
This is why I wish this COVID shit was over so we can get back to Business I need to know what else will be coming. Not delay it! Now its getting Really Intriguing! BTW The Malcom in the Middle intro was Great takes me back to when i was 13 all over again!....
I think Monica is going to meet Adam the Blue Marvel. Her boyfriend in the ultimates run and an actual engineer.
2:00 ‘oilo mijo’ hahahaha
Marvel is the shyt, eat your heart out Martin Scorsese 😂
@Kenosis it kinda is champ. Not only does it have a cinematic feel, but it's directly connected to the cinemas
Great reaction my guys! The moment when wanda stops time, sounds exactly like when doctor strange used the eye of agamotto
Imma throw another name forward for the "contact". Hank McCoy
