  • How to get salt to stick to microwave popcorn without using butter or salt. Air popped popcorn is really dry like the homemade batches you make in a brown paper bag in the microwave. You can use this same method for making salt stick to your popcorn without using any fattening ingredients.
    This recipe makes your delicious snack totally one hundred percent fat free.
    Getting salt to stick to your homemade popcorn without using oil or butter is really easy with this method.

    Thanks.. someone else said they use apple cider vinegar. I guess I’ll try both ways.

    Thanks man! Craving a snack, but didnt want a crap ton of butter in the evening. I got this new ghost pepper ranch seasoning i want to try, and needed a way to make it stick.

    You could also use lemon juice

      @SmallSpoonBrigade 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Just about anything wet that doesn't immediately absorb into the popcorn would work, but obviously things with calories have calories, so water and juice is probably best. Oils and butters largely defeat the purpose of popping without oil.

    I would like to know if cutting down on oil and butter helped you lose some weight. i am having trouble losing fat though i exercise 6 days a week, i love exercising, and eat clean. i am now 50 and it's getting even harder to lose it. thinking of cutting down butter and olive oil would help? wondering if it helped you.

      Yes, when I cut out butter, milk, chicken skin, hamburgers, cheese etc., I always lose weight.

      Cut out animal products and incorporate more legumes, starches, and green leafy vegetables. You need to eat ALOT of starches and ALOT more green leafy vegetables. Also since you're not gonna be using oils, I suggest eating a plant based fat with Omega 3 essentials to prevent cravings for fatty foods. I suggest walnuts, but if you cant control yourself around nuts then use ground flax seeds or chia seeds. Remember you will need to eat ALOT for your body to not feel deprived. And also if you feel low energy and have sleeping problems, then you're gonna have to eat more. But don't worry, your body burns through the energy fast, all while repairing itself and feeding the gut microbiome. Its how I lost 70lbs of weight and reversed my Type 2 diabetes.
      Don't let the fact that you're 50 make you want Testosterone therapy also. Remember you're already relatively low on the stuff, when you start using exogenous testosterone(not produced by your glands) your body will make even less of its own. And I love seeing my elders at the gym but all respect gets lost when they have super puffed nipples

    I keep looking, but they usually say they are for cleaning, never mention if they are food grade.

    Would dissolving the salt in the water, and then spraying it work, or would that clog the nozzle?
