I made hongju(red wine) by distilling the alcohol with the Bu-eui-ju I brewed last time!

    I distilled the alcohol I made last time with soju-gori.
    I added a Korean herb called 'jicho' to make hongju(red wine), which is red.
    Now that the liquor is brewed, it's time for some side food!
    I also cooked braised pork, which is a great way to cool down on a hot summer day.
    I made pickled plums with the green plum that were laden in the village.
    After 100 days, you can eat it as pickled plum, but you can also use it as plum juice!
    After such a busy day,
    It was so sweet to have a drink with my neighbor.
    I am immersing myself in rural life like this :)
