The bike sounds great. I was worried when I got the bike as it was so quiet. But after having it at the track I think I'm just going to leave it alone. The fueling is so good, I don't want to mess with it. And even stock, once you get it up in the revs it still sounds really good. Thanks for posting this.
The fuelling isn't that great up to approximately 7000rpm, loads of dips in there because of lean fuelling. When optimised ignition can be a little advanced in some areas as well, as it's retarted a bit to prevent detonation. Trust me, the bike can be lot better/smoother than stock, even with the stock exhaust. Not sure if anyone is able to remap a 2023-2024 bike yet but theres other options like Rapidbike EVO. This bike runs lean as well, hence the popping when decellerating.
@@wernerxldata They all run lean stock, the manufacturers don't have an option on that. And if you're noticing that many issues with yours, you might want to have the bike looked at. I've owned a lot of bikes, I work at a shop and I ride almost everything we get in. The fueling on my 24' ST765 is one of the best stock bikes I've ever ridden, buttery smooth in every mode. There's of course always room for improvement, and you can't argue the aesthetics with an aftermarket system, but there's really nothing that needs fixed. I also can't recommend Rapidbike, we've had several issues with installation and function across multiple OEMs.
I own a 2020 ST-R and installed the same SC Project pipe. I agree, without the db killer, as beautiful as it sounds, it’s painful to the ear!! So I put the db killer back in and it still sounds so good!! Nothing like the sound of a Triumph Triple. 😊
The Shoeis are good for wind noise (though I still wear earplugs), but it won't do much for the exhaust noise. Maybe i'm old, but I'd skip the headers, I think the bike sounds good as is. Anyway, always nice to see a ride around Portland, and that's a sick Allroad.
That's insane! 😂😍. I've just ordered spark headers for mine and have a link pipe ordered.. Maybe a bad idea, but hey, what the hell! Will stick that on the channel too once I get it sorted. Will also do a before dyno run too, to see what effects it has to stock tuning before and after. The Audio of the bike sounds good. I use a Hero8 black at the minute and a Rode lav mic with a dead cat over the standard foam cover. mic is just stuffed behind the cheek pad of my TC10 Shoei, seems to work ok, also has a chin curtain (front vent closed) although battery life on the hero8 isn't great. Oh, could always wear ear plugs if not already? - just takes that harshness out of the wind noise and exhaust note. But you can still hear everything perfectly well. I can't ride without them now, much more relaxing. 😁😎👍 Safe riding brother.
So you ordered spark headers and a link pipe, but what slip on are you gonna get? :) Tbh this audio was a complete accident. I dont think my lav mic was plugged in so it was recording low raw audio out of the media mod. Unreal haha. Im interested to see how the Shoei is :). I have ear plugs. I might try em out today tbh haha.

Just bought the 2021 model, these bikes are so much fun. absolutely love the sc project but without baffle it's just to loud :D wich camera are you using btw? such vibrant colors.
That’s a fantastic twisty road you live by. Who needs a track when you’ve got that! Not much traffic either. As to the no baffle; we can’t really appreciate the difference tbh. The recorder reduces the gain to an acceptable level without clipping so apart from increased overrun noises and burping we won’t know. Bike sounds great non the less.
True! But the track is safer, wider, and faster haha. One day ill do a track day! I mean, i can tell a difference between this video and the other one with the DB killer in, but the audio was recorded differently. This really captured the agressive shifts and Pops on decel/downshifts

Hi brother I just want ask one question. “ I have decided to buy a full system sc project exhaust which is for 2022 street triple rs. Will it fit the new model that you are riding?”
@Aaron ....did i see one of your videos where you replaced the headers? Was that because the OE exhaust system is a full exhaust so you needed different Headers?
I've got the red RS and although you can remove the decals they are a bitch to get off. Did the belly pan and said screw it, the rest stay as is. They are very thin so they just stretch and tear with even the slightest heat applied from a blow dryer on low. The adhesive is pretty gooey too, hard to remove without messing up the clear on the paint. And on one side of the belly pan it left the paint slightly discolored.
Sounds amazing man!! But i do have a question about the S1 exhaust because it's one of the exhausts im considering but isn't the db killer hard to remove these days? I saw people needing to drill a hole in their exhaust to access the bolt to take out the DB?
Thanks! I think you might be reffering to the SC1-R exhaust, that requires modification to remove the DB Killer(s). The old design utilized a snap clip thing that looked to be a pain to take out. This was just a simple 5mm hex and i used a rag and pliers, came right now. check out the last clip in the video. I didnt install/uninstall but i show the little screw and the actual db killer. Something that can easily be done on the side of the road :)
