(Edit) By the way the price as of Sept. 25, 2020 is 75.99 (from US warehouse) although you can save an extra 8% if it is your first order from them with a code they'll give you from a popup if you move your mouse cursor over the left arrow (⬅) in the upper left.... they don't want you to leave so they throw a little more discount to you although some don't give you a code for a discount unless you actually click on the left arrow as though you were going back a page... a lot of sites you can buy stuff from do that :) Also if you put the mouse cursor over the X in the upper right corner as though you were going to close the browser you may get a popup wanting to give you a discount... hey discounts are always a good thing! 🤑
Thank you man. I have my practice spot where I play instruments. I have invested alot in guitar and bass guitar live music equipment but have not got any ambient lights that always helps an artist to have the environment set up for creative writing. Babysteps
Honestly I do not use it often because the type of parties I do I need a bit more output. I however have had a few other lights from them that i use often and 2 years running without A problem. These lights are so inexpensive that its hard not to give them a shot.

how to have only one laser pattern, and make it that its spinning? Rather than changing the patterns. Also i have an issue where when connected to dmx in sound mode it only activates lasers and nothing else.

Just wish it would mix the light instead of always 1,2,3 and 4 and so on... Only using Sound mode Would a DMX help me with getting more out of it?

Thanks for watching. It does have a sensitivity adjustment of 1-9 and it puts the lights on randomly together and separately. I did a little demo with tap and voice around 6:35. It only turn on when sound is heard. With music it is similar to any other mic active speaker. If it is sitting next to a speaker you would probably get more action than wanted unless the beats were very pronounced. Further away for most of these works a little better in my opinion.
@@KrisSzanto Over here UK side i can pick up a secondhand Clay packy 75 yoke for around the same as this little multilight, i was looking for something cheap & small for a Halloween event i have in a very small club where my larger stuff would be overkill but prices of the stuff that was once cheap seem to have become absurd. I have a use case for a couple of these small cheap all in 1 things but thers no way ime paying that much for one. from 60 odd dollars to 159 is a massive price hike especially as the exchange rate this last day here has gone tits up as well, the UK pound is practically worthless so anything i buy in dollars now is gonna be even more pricey. Its turning into a bit of nightmare in the UK at present rying to get budget lighting, it was scouring the net that made me come across your video. Ime used to using the big pro stuff i have, ive not needed small things untill now
@@KrisSzanto i have a a set of 4 yolks, they are very well made & parts are widly available, ive never had a fault on mine in the 8 years ive had them, all metal construction & heavy grade hand made boards in them with really nice linear gearing of all metal construction, heavy little things but very powerful
I will check to see if I have the manual. But you can definitely go into sound/voice control on the back. In the video you will notice it actually started in sound active mode.

Thanks for watching and commenting. I agree, thats why i closed with it is good for small parties, house parties, basements, a kids party at home, its not very bright.... but it was only $60 bucks. If your a mobile guy like me that occasionally fills time with small parties you will find a use for it. Most recently I actually loaned ot to my neighbors for their kids basment house party...THE KIDS THOUGHT THE LIGHT WAS SOOOO COOL. Lol
The price does fluctuate, but even at $160 its not too bad for comparable items. I would just check back occasionally... you will probably start to see pop ups on social with specials.

It was purchased from Tomtop... could be the same light, but unfortunately I do not know for sure as they all rebrand them.

I am not awar of anyone that makes super high output in packages this small. Thats the sacrifice for alot in a small package.
With dmx, there is no sound mode? How can sound mode be done of there is no sound mode automatically on the dmx?
You would have to program in dmx and use the dmx controller sound active capabilities.
Possible to do sound mode with minimum to no strobe?

Its a way of controlling lights digitally. Google what is dmx512 for a better understanding.
