Being skinny helps, try while your on your bed just stretching your arm and getting accustomed to having it in certain extreme postions and angles. The body often closes off these ranges to us because where at danger of damaging ourselves if we exert ourself how we wish to through ranges we aren’t ready for. But guy below it right chest fat and muscle does influence how tight u can get your guard and tightness of strikes in general, in my personal expeirence it’s gotten easier now I’m lighter
