Fatal G yes you should be able to start training with some clubs having different rules. You may need parent consent for training. However most clubs and events (atleast from what I've seen) won't let you fight at competitions till your 18. The plus side of that is this sport is time consuming and potentially costly. You will need to train hard to fight well and you will need lots of time or cash to make/buy the weapons and equipment.
