He can keep hammering away at the guy, and the moment the axe guy swung, if he blocked that, get close enough to grapple, than he would have an advantage over the axe wielder. But just me. Judging by all the videos I’ve seen, any sort of thrusting motions are not allowed so I’d definitely choose a shield + axe combo or a two handed axe like this guy

You need to get armor(which you can buy in our shop), team(we have map of the teams at the website), training and go to events :) that's it. You can go without team and find mates on the tournament. That is what I do very often. In this sport is very easy to make friends ☺️
he is tank, it's his role, absorb damage. My rule is to deal damage and I must stay in field and don't get stuck in clinch to be able to work with long axe. Also we fought versus very top team, world champions, so just hysterical hitting is not the way. I just hit only when I am sure I will deliver the damage.
