Well if paddy use 1 yellow tamer on lobomon. 2 yellow on omegamon. Shinegreymon can clear the 2 digimon on the board. Which is a lot harder to comeback.

I had two “NANI!?” moments while watching this battle. 1) Seeing yellow tamers and cards mixed with a red deck 2) When the blue tamer digivolved into Lobomon. Good match so hype! 🐺🦖
you can mix in dif colours in a deck right? no rule limit of colours? just that max of 2 would be most consistent?
@@streetsurfer24 yes there is no Rule restrictions about Mixed colors, just remember however that to play an Option Card, you need at least one card on play or in the Raising Area of the same color, so you need to take that into consideration

I was surprised to see Thoma’s ability get used and more then once. Even though Paddy played so many tamers and option cards his hard never shrank fast enough to prevent those abilities.
He evolve his digimons a lot.

Oh man this video is so good! It's like watching a real card game anime! Thank you for actually talking thru your turns. I've played too many people who don't say anything at all when they play and it gets super annoying.
I love watching the play and how yall say all that is going on. Great way to learn how to play while I am waiting for the English release here in America.

Still need to learn how to play cause I didn't know you can play 6 cards of the same Digimon ( playset of shinegreymon yellow and 2 reds )
Also 9 tamers in one deck is incredible.
You're allowed to play four of any one card, but that looks at the card itself, not the name. The current record is Agumon, where even only with the english cards you can play something like twenty-four copies in your deck - with the full cardpool I believe you can legally play 50 Agumons as a deck (you shouldn't, mind, but you could).
In practice it mostly comes up with Gomamon, who has two very good rookies already (one two cost 3k, one with an inheritable that gives you back memory on deletion). However, there are downsides to it - the two cost 3k Gomamon is worse than the two cost 3k Elecmon, despite the two being technically identical cards, because Omnimon chooses a name to delete, which means he could sweep up extra rookies sometimes where that doesn't happen as often if you split names.

yo, im really new to the digimon tcg scene and i have just recently gotten into it, and have been trying to collect cards like mad from the 1.0 set.. but im at time stamp of 5:13 and i just saw a tamer turn into a digi.... i cannot wait for 1.5 if this is the case and digi-bursting is just an awesome mechanic thus far.
shout out to the creator's of this video with the great editing and 90% of the card that were put up for viewers to see effects of cards or in general see the cards come into play

they really need to make this online, it could be a phenomenal card game the mechanics and play style is great
They also got the tutorial app which essentially has all the framework in place to play the actual game. They only need to all the cards, a way to get cards (preferably by just playing the game without paying) and the actual multiplayer. But the game is there!

I'm new to the 2020 Digimon TCG. Is it something like a rule to always have the same Child level Digimon? Like, say I want to build a ChaosDukemon deck, would it be weird to use both Gigimon and Yaamon for example?

I know this video is over a year old, but have to say if Paddy hadn't played Coredramon on the penultimate turn and instead just passed for 3 memory, CP wouldn't have had enough to evolve and attack with MirageGaogamon :P
If he attacked the Lobomon with ShineGrey, Coredra + ShineGrey was enough to win the following turn

Actually they Do, the Official Q/A for BT-04 confirmed that fact HOWEVER, the Tamers need to be suspended at Different times during the turn, if 2 or more tamers are suspended at the same time, it only trigger the Effect once.
