Hi po depende sa train na masasakyan mo. Meron may isnag transfer. Pero nasakyan namin diretso na sa asakusa station from nrt. Check mo na lang po sa google maps. Nakasulat if mag remain on board ka or need lumipat ng train.

No they are strict with check-in time. but you can leave their luggage in the reception.
