- I went to the breakfast buffet at APA Hotel Ryogoku Station Tower.
APA Hotel is a business hotel that operates nationwide.
APA Hotel Ryogoku Station Tower is located only a 3-minute walk from Ryogoku Station, and many guests from overseas visit the hotel.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet offers a variety of more than 60 Japanese and Western-style dishes.
The buffet includes Ryogoku's famous chanko-style hot pot, seaweed shabu shabu, and APA Hotel's famous beef curry.
Pancakes (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) were available on the day I visited, but the hotel's signature French toast (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) is also popular.
There are also a wide variety of drinks.
There is also all-you-can-eat soft-serve ice cream.
The restaurant is spacious and liberating, and you can relax for an unlimited amount of time.
The restaurant is open to non-guests as well. Reservations are not required.
On the day of your visit, purchase a breakfast ticket at the front desk of Restaurant La Veranda on the 4th floor.
You can enjoy your meal even if you are alone.

I think the place for lunch and dinner will change depending on where you eat breakfast. Then I have to shoot a video of breakfast at Shinjuku Prince Hotel.

There's nothing really extraordinary about this buffet, but I think that's what makes it great; after a night in a hotel, I just want a quick familiar meal before getting on the train. As much as I enjoy many of your more adventurous buffets (I've watched the Shinjuku Washington sashimi buffet video several times), I think for breakfast I will go for something like the one in this video.

It seems that APA hotels are characterized by the large number of dishes in their buffets. In addition to that, as you mentioned, it may be good that the breakfast menu is easy to eat for everyone. In fact, the large number of items on the buffet is a great thing for me as a foodie, but I can't eat all of them.
The breakfast buffet at Shinjuku Washington Hotel is very reasonably priced and the food is delicious. It is always crowded because it is worth more than the price.

Grilled fish seems to be heated by steam from below to prevent it from getting chilled.

Breakfast reservations are not required. It was a delicious buffet with a lot of variety. I tend to eat a lot, but I couldn't eat all kinds.😅
Do all the APA hotels in have breakfast buffet? I'm staying at the one on Shin-Osaka Ekimae.
Many APA hotels seem to offer breakfast as a buffet.
