Can international tourists still attend if they do not have a mobile number? Quite a lot will only have WiFi, and getting a Japanese number can be very difficult.

Both are delicious, but personally I often go to Yakiniku King :)
But what about best all you can eat bbq in shibuya or shinjuku?
