I bought this a week ago and I'm so satisfied. I used to shave my body with razorblades but it felt really unsafe and I often got small wounds. With this Oneblade everything goes smooth and no wounds at all.
I always clean shave my beard, it feels best to me. I'll admit, when I got the body kit, I was extremely nervous using the skin guard, but it works perfectly! No cuts, nothing! Another satisfied customer, and college student!
I'm a woman & it was either this thing or Venus Gentle Trimmer and I am SO glad I picked this one. It does everything I need it to and more! I can even shave my arms, legs, and lady bits! I am super pleased! No tugs, nics, or cuts at all.
Question! What do you use for intimate areas? Do you not use a guard and just lay it flat like it shows on the face (of this video)? Or do you use a skin guard
I was able to dry shave my demonic neck beard hair with this thing. I was impressed. Took me a bit of fiddling to realize you hold it flush and go against the grain. I was amazed it was like using a razor and foam but without the soapy crap and tapping against the sink. It did scatter hair all around but next time I'll just do it in the shower or outside
Hi James, thank you for reaching out. We haven't found the tutorial, however, perhaps we can help with the force of our words. :-) Could you let us know what it is you would like to know? Looking forward to your reply.
Best razor I've ever owned. Normally barely shave coz I just can't be arsed with all the pissing around but I use this all the time coz it's just super quick and easy to use. Was surprised at how close it got too. My facial hair is like wire so I was a bit worried it would be uncomfortable but not at all. Only downside is that if you use the extenders it's a little tricky to trim under your nose. I assume that's tricky with most electrics but I'm sure there's a more intuitive way of doing that.
After having a huge debate with myself, decided to give OneBlade a try. I just tried it and honestly It was the best shave EVER after trying numerous trimmers and shavers. I need to emphasize that using one blade with the foam is a must in my opinion(makes the process much FASTER and SMOOTHER), otherwise, I couldn’t find it useful for dry shaving. But that’s my personal preference and might be different for someone else. As far as closeness of the shave, it’s pretty similar to electric razors that I used before and I think it’s because I used it with foam. I just hope this piece lasts and the blades don’t get dull after just a couple of uses. Hope this is helpful, Good Luck!
I have a feeling that this one will become a “Father to son” kind of an experience. Father buys a one blade for his son and shows him how to shave for the first time. With all seriousness, I have had quite a few trimmers over the years and this one, hands down, is one of the best, if not the BEST of them all!
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that the Philips OneBlade has made such a positive impact on your grooming routine. It's wonderful to imagine our product being part of those special "father to son" moments. We strive to create products that are not only high-quality but also meaningful to our customers. 😀
I have tried all and by far this is my all time favourite, the beard trim is superb there is no other company that can offer all the combinations that this bad boy can do, and man it can get close to the skin, I have sensitive skin and usually break out with bumps and with this not once, and for all those that complain one blade for it all.... rinse it off under Hot water lmao or buy a second blade for that area, none the less This is by far the Best out there Thanks 🙏🏼for making it effortless Phillips
Hi Carter, thank you for taking the time to share your experience in such great detail! We're very happy to hear that the OneBlade has been helpful to you - that's always the experience we strive to provide. Here's hoping it will keep being at your service for as long as you like. Have a good day! :)
@@Philips when you use it do you use it against your face or regularly? because I feel like when I use it against my face it could be irritating my skin. please help!
Hi there. We're very grateful that you took the time to leave us an appreciation note. Thank you for the shoutout for Philips OneBlade. We always strive to provide the best quality care our customers need in the best possible way. Not only that, but we're lucky to have you in our Philips family. Keep enjoying!😊
If you thought Philips body groom was a epic fail. Neither you or I are contortists nor blade welding ninjas. Fear not. You can trust the one blade to leave you evenly shaved, with no special skills to master or blood offering demand. One blade gives you everything the bodygroom promised, and more.
The OneBlade is benevolent indeed, David. No blood offerings required. ;) Thanks for your mighty kind words, they're much appreciated. Hope you have a great week!
This one has a hugely better battery that charges faster and lasts longer. That alone is worthy of the extra price and this one comes with an extra blade and extra buzzer length clips. All for about $10 more.
Hi there, John. Thanks for reaching out. The OneBlade does not have a nose trimmer. Here you can find our products which you can use to trim your nose: to.philips/6056EXGaj. If you need any assistance, let us know. :)
I only shave my beard with it, and an honest opinion of 2 years of usage. You can shave any lenght, short or long. If you want the skin smooth, you will need one of the 3 headed shavers, the one blade wont cut it smooth, but close. Philips gameplan here is to earn alot of money with the blades. They are not that expensive, got 3 for about 30€. A brand new blade will cut everything in one swoop. Even if you do not change them often, you can use the blade for longer. Instead of one go, you need six,. So if you have spare time in the morning, you can use just one blade for over a year, instead of changing every 3 months. Great product overall, would recommend.
proud to be part of the phillips legacy, throughout the institute of sonology of the royal conservatory of the hague. and yes, i should shave myself more often
In the instructions, it indicates that there is a OneBlade (for body) and OneBlade (for face), I can't tell the difference they look exactly the same. Are there differences between the actual blades (as it isn't obvious from any markings), or are the instructions simply saying you should not mix usage between face/body with the same blade? Why, isn't that the beauty of ONE Blade?
Hi Bradley, you are entirely correct. Our regular OneBlade was solely meant to style and customize your facial hair. We expanded from there and brought a body kit on the market in some countries. The body kit does differ from the regular blade as it has a click on skin guard. If you still have some questions about this then just ask.
so Philips response is a little misleading - the blade for both face and body is just the same no difference. The only difference is that you dont need to use the skin guard on face but should definitely use a skin guard on the body. As mentioned you can use either blade for face and body but with that said my suggestion is that once you use the blade on face then you should use that only for the face and the one you use for body you use only on body and not on face. I was using the same blade on body and face and this led to some irritation since i decided to dedicate a blade to face and body I dont face any irritation.
I was going to go with this style of shaver but the like that the Phillips Series 5000 was a better option. I don't need a face shaver. What I like about the 5000 is it comes with an extension handle for the trimmer to reach the back itself.. Maybe this is something Phillips can look into that for the oneblade model.
I prefer it over traditional shaving, but I never get a clean shave from it. Still, it’s convenient and the blades seem to last closer to 2 or 3 months for me. I choose convenience over price
Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to us. To answer your question, we'd like to let you know that OneBlade is designed to leave a little space between the blade and your skin, making it ideal for a close shave but also suitable for a skin-friendly one. Awesome product Philips! I do have a question however. I purchased the OneBlade originally before you came out with the body attachment and now I can't seem to find where to purchase just the attachment alone on your website. Could you link it for me please?
Hi there. It's great to hear you're such a big fan of your OneBlade. :) We'd love to help you find the OneBlade Body Kit, but we do need your country of residence for that. ;) This way we can link you to the correct website. We'll be waiting on your reply.
my god this is one of the best things made for men, ever. Just used it first time and IT IS AMAZING. So easy, im gonna be clean shaved all the time now.
Best electric razor I've ever had as far as shaving my face. It cuts through beards faster than a razor and leaves my skin just as smooth. Can I get some free replacement blades for my support? 😁
We are glad that you are pleased with the performance of the Philips OneBlade.😀Your comment fuels our passion to provide the best product experience to our consumers. Thanks for your love!
Amazing shaver, one machine pretty much do everything and don’t have to waste time switching from the razor to an actual shaver to do the neck. And it’s also inexpensive if you compared with others (including other Philips models) I do recommend to buy the full set of combs if you have or want to have a middle to long length beard. The 3 combs that come with the machine would be to short for that .
Just got in-line as Christmas gift, is it required to replace blade ever 4 months if you shave once a week? Or can you go longer without switching blades
Hello there. Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you want to know when you should replace the blade of your Philips OneBlade. You can find out when to replace the blade of your OneBlade by checking the appearance of the blade. Your OneBlade is equipped with a blade-wear indicator that will slowly change after use. The pattern on the blade will let you know when it's time to replace it. The pattern on the blade will slowly change to an arrow symbol, indicating it is time to change the blade. For some of our older models, the device will gradually display a green bar instead of showing the arrow symbol. How often you shave and accessories such as combs or guards may impact the blade indicator. For optimal performance, replace your blade once every four months. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). You can also reach out to us via the contact page at to.philips/6053RkFWd.
From using this shaver will I be able to use one razor for my face and a different razor for my body hair while still being able to use the same holder
I dropped mine on the floor and the blade broke off and the whole thing does not run at all any more. Seems somewhat fragile to me. But I liked it and will buy another.
Does that replacement indicator glow like i see in your videos? Is it really that green? I had never seen it and i am replacing it based on time period, maybe I got more time because I dont shave so often...
Thank you for contacting us, Adrián. Yes, it will be the same colour as shown in the video. This is something you may notice when it is time to replace your blade. We hope we've answered your question. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare).
This is honestly the best shaver I have ever used on my time on earth 🌍. I will never use another shaver again This thing is $1 million idea whoever came up with it thanks a billion you’ve changed my life forever the way I think about shaving. 😊👍😁✌️✊😎👍👍👍✌️❤️💙💜
Thanks for your kind words about our shaver, Michael. It's great to hear you've had such a positive experience with our appliance, and hope that you continue to do so. Feel free to contact us again if you have any questions! :)
Hello Omer. Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your query related to Philips OneBlade. We would like to inform you that Philips OneBlade is designed to trim and shave facial and body hair. It is not intended for trimming or shaving the hair on your head (scalp). For cutting hair on the head, we recommend our Philips Hair Clippers and Multigroomers, which are specifically designed for that purpose. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: to.philips/6058Yge8n.
What it doesn't show is it giving a close shave and that's because it can't. You will get a better close shave from a 10 cent BIC razer. Also, unlike a regular electric razor that collects the cut bristles this just drops them on the floor.
Hello there. Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you that, depending on your usage behavior, the exact lifetime of your blade may vary. Similar to manual blades, your blade will become blunt over time, and this may result in reduced shaving performance and an increased hair pulling sensation during shaving and trimming. For optimal performance, replace your blade once every four months. The OneBlade is equipped with a blade-wear indicator that will slowly change after use. The pattern on the blade will let you know when it's time to replace it. The pattern on the blade will slowly change to an arrow symbol, indicating it is time to change the blade. For some of our older models, the device will gradually display a green bar instead of showing the arrow symbol. It totally depends on how much you use. We hope you find this helpful. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare).
Hi there, thanks for your question. To shave around the area you mentioned, we advise you to use the click-on skin guard. Attach the skin guard for an extra layer of protection on sensitive areas. If you go to our website and scroll down, you'll see exactly what we mean: to.philips/6051EKRGv. Hope this was helpful. :)
That's unfortunate to hear. Though we do have to mention that if you buy the OneBlade Face model you won't get the Body kit attachment that includes the click-on skin guard. That should explain why you didn't find it in the box. Fortunately you can always purchase the Body kit separately via our website. :)

Hello, Phillips. I'm sorry for my bad English. Anyway. Can u explain me how to unhook* the spare blade from the pack of new trimmer. Hardly I could take other 3 attachments. They have been glued as well. What I should do with replaceable blade? Hope to be clear( thx for answer

Could you reach out to us on Facebook(@Philips) or Twitter(@PhilipsCare) and share a video of the issue? We can then assist you further. Hope to speak to you soon!
@@Blunder03 not really a downside when compared to competitors when you consider that each blade is supposed to last 4 months. with gillete fusion proglide etc..., i used to pay $26 for a pack of 4 blades that were advertised to last 1 month each (4 months per pack), but in practical use, i was lucky to get 2 weeks out of a blade before it started scratching up my face and 1 month was indeed the absolute max i was able to take those things before they were leaving a lot behind and pulling a lot of hairs. plus, even with a fresh razor they caused real bad razor burn on my sensitive neck. these are much gentler on my neck and ive gotten 6 months out of a razor without pulling any hairs even with occasional dry usage (something that simply wasnt possible with old fashion razors). my first oneblade got pushed to 8 months with it starting to occasionally pull around 7 months and by 8 months the performance began to take a noticeable dive. overall this has been a dramatic improvement switching from the gillete fusion proglide at a comparable entry cost but with a significantly reduced maintenance cost, not to mention it has also significantly reduced the amount of time it takes for me to shave.
Hey @Phillips, I bought one of the full sets recently from Amazon in Canada. I am currently in India, however & the OneBlade stopped working for some reason. Is there any possibility that I could be helped with this?
Hi Gunjan, we're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Philips OneBlade. For safety reasons, the Philips OneBlade only works cordlessly. Check if your OneBlade is plugged into an electric socket. If yes, then try unplugging it and turning it on again. It should work now. Check if the blade is clogged with hair or shows signs of wear and tear. If it is clogged, try rinsing it or soaking it in some lukewarm water until all the hair and dirt are removed. Be careful not to tap your blade against a hard surface like the sink, as this can damage it. If the blade looks damaged, please replace it immediately. Some OneBlade models have a "travel lock." If this is activated, the device will not turn on. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to deactivate the travel lock. If your OneBlade model has a digital display, a padlock symbol will appear on the display when the travel lock is activated. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via social media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don't worry, if you don't use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: to.philips/60503OdQ0.
Hello, I bought the ’’Body KIT’’ accessory for my OneBlade QP2520 and I’d like to know, is what for intimate parts have to use the 3 mm hooof and also for the armpits. And we have to shave in the shower.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us. Congratulations with your brand new OneBlade pro! We'd like to check it being waterproof for you. :) Could you tell us the model number, which is printed on the back of the handle and starts with QP? Thanks.
Thanks for your comment, Durukan. Unfortunate to hear that you can't find it. Please contact our colleagues on Facebook (Philips) or Twitter (@PhilipsCare). They will be more than happy to assist you further.
@@Philips Thank you for replying to me. So with an even hairline, am i able to use the pro to evenly LINE up my hairline so its straight similar to what a razor might accomplish
The OneBlade is perfect to shape and style your beard, especially if you've sensitive skin. However, the blades will not cut the hairs as close as a regular razor. Hope that this answers your question. Please feel free to let us know if you've got any other questions. Our team is always here to help.
I need some help :). Is this also useful for a woman? (I mean for body hair?). I tried the pro from my boyfriend and it was amazing. I used it without the combs, just the trimmer. So my question is, if I buy the normal one blade, does it work the same? Thank you in advance!
Hi Chayenne, thank you for your interest in our OneBlade. Could you give the model number of the OneBlade you're interested in? Then we can take a look for you. Hope to hear from you soon.
@@Philips thank you for helping! I wonder what the difference is between the Philips OneBlade Pro QP6510/20 and Philips OneBlade QP2520/30. When I first tried the pro I only used the razor blades without the comb attachment. Is there a difference since I didn’t use the comb attachment?
Hi Chayenne, the pro is also a more powerful OneBlade with faster charging time. Because of that it can also trim with greater control and is equipped with the comb with higher degree of adjustability. Hope that answers all your questions. Let us know if we can assist you further.
@@Philips oh okay, that’s sad to hear... mine just broke and I don’t have the money for buying the pro because I have no income cause I’m just a student. Thank you for helping
Hi Hamed. Thank you for reaching out to us. Request you to click on the following link to know the prices of the replacement blades of our Philips OneBlade: to.philips/6056uCSIm. We hope this information helps.
Hi Ahmed. Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Philips OneBlade. Check the appearance of your OneBlade blade to determine when to replace it. You can also use the Philips Daily Care app if you have a Bluetooth-connected OneBlade. The blade wear indicator on our OneBlade is designed to be adjusted gradually after you use it. When it's time to replace the blade, the pattern on it will notify you. When the pattern on the blade changes to an arrow symbol, it indicates that time has come to change the blade. As the device ages, it will gradually display a green bar instead of the arrow symbol on some of our older models. Shaving and other grooming tools, such as combs or guards, may influence the blade indicator. To get the best results, you should replace your blade every four months. We hope this information was helpful. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare).
Thanks for getting back to us. We recommend replacing the blades every four months. However, this can vary depending on usage and hair type. If you have very thick hair or if you use the OneBlade very frequently, the blades may need to be replaced sooner than four months. If you are a light user, then the blades can last much longer. The OneBlade is equipped with a blade-wear indicator. This means that with use, you will see a green patch develop on your blade. This patch is also indicated by arrows on the side. Once this patch is completely green, it is a signal for you to get a new blade. We hope this answers your query. If you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare).
Hi Sameer, thanks for your message. The OneBlade Face + Body can be used on your armpits. Always ensure you use the sensitive skin guard when shaving your armpits and other sensitive areas. Hope that helps.
Can I use this around my ahem... butt crack? I have a lot of hair around there, and I frequently sweat there. Is this very safe around these areas? Will I still get cuts or nicks?
Hi there, we would recommend you for body trimming and shaving, to make sure hair is clean and dry as wet hair tends to stick to the body. Moreover, clean your Oneblade thoroughly after each use by Switch the product off and Removing any comb or skin guard from the blade. Then, blow off any hairs that have accumulated on the blade and/or combs. Switch on the product for approx. 15 seconds while rinsing the blade with lukewarm water. Rinse the combs for approximately 15 seconds with lukewarm water. Finally, Carefully shake off excess water and let all parts air dry completely. :)
Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your query related to Philips OneBlade, Cole. We would like to inform you that OneBlade is designed to leave a little space between the blade and your skin, making it the perfect compromise between a close shave and a skin-friendly one. It is designed to trim facial hair and stubble to create a clean look while also leaving your skin feeling comfortable. If you are looking for a close, clean every-day shave, we would recommend one of our dedicated Philips Face shavers. Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the Philips OneBlade. To change the blade on your OneBlade, follow the instructions based on your model type. For models with a release button, switch off your OneBlade, push the blade release switch upward while holding the blade, dispose of the used blade, and press the new blade on both sides, and insert it into the handle until you hear a click. Alternatively, for models without a release button, attach the blade by pressing both edges until it clicks, and to remove it, press both edges and lift it off the handle. DANKE!

I assume that's tricky with most electrics but I'm sure there's a more intuitive way of doing that.
lift the tip of your nose.. it pulls the septum up and makes access easier.. whether this or a wet blade.
Hope this is helpful,
Good Luck!

This is an ad, not a how to
I only shave my beard with it, and an honest opinion of 2 years of usage.
Even if you do not change
them often, you can use the blade for longer. Instead of one go, you need six,. So if you have spare time in the morning, you can use just one blade for over a year, instead of changing every 3 months.
Great product overall, would recommend.

Hey there! We are happy to hear you are excited for your blades. Hope you'll like them! :)
Omg I appreciate this so much, honest marketing, amazing product, that's WHAT we need, not over-hyped crappy products!

Hi Philips, which guard for shorter and lounger? Means 1 or 5.
Does it have to be EXACTY 4 months or around 4 months?
Do i need to replace it with new blade after while or its lifetime?

How often do i have to change the blade if i use the device for shaving once a week?
@@Philips One more question sorry for asking too much but is OneBlade Pro GP6510/70 safer than this series of One Blade in this situation?
All of our Oneblades are equally safe. :) None of our models are dangerous in any way, if you use them as meant to be.
The only comb that cuts any of my beard is the 1mm one, and it barely shaves anything. None of the other combs even do anything. Am I using it wrong?
Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your query related to Philips OneBlade, Cole. We would like to inform you that OneBlade is designed to leave a little space between the blade and your skin, making it the perfect compromise between a close shave and a skin-friendly one. It is designed to trim facial hair and stubble to create a clean look while also leaving your skin feeling comfortable. If you are looking for a close, clean every-day shave, we would recommend one of our dedicated Philips Face shavers. When it comes to attachments, all attachments do different work, and they are made for specific parts; some are for the beard and body, and some are used for private parts, as shown in the video.

How can i use this for my body
how are we suppose to replace blade? where are we suppose to find new blades?
Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the Philips OneBlade. To change the blade on your OneBlade, follow the instructions based on your model type. For models with a release button, switch off your OneBlade, push the blade release switch upward while holding the blade, dispose of the used blade, and press the new blade on both sides, and insert it into the handle until you hear a click. Alternatively, for models without a release button, attach the blade by pressing both edges until it clicks, and to remove it, press both edges and lift it off the handle. Be cautious, as the edges of the blades are sharp. To find the new blades, please reach out to us via social media so that we can assist you. We're available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare).

how about handle extender for the back?...just an idea...
The one issue that I have with this product, is that the instruction manual is TRASH. It has illustrations of items that don't exist, and an updated version of the instruction manual does not exist on the manuals PDF page on the website. It's just compliance documents.
Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the instruction manual. To assist you with this, we request that you elaborate on your concern via social media. We’re

Can I take it in the shower?
Is there an attatchment to cut a beard 3/4" long hair?

Shaping around the neck is easy. You can do that with any razor. What is difficult is vertically shaping hair around the ear. Can't do it with Fusion proglide razor. Any suggestions?
Hi there, Arvind. Thank you for your comment. Let's see if we can advise you on this one! With hair around your ear, do you mean on your face and neck, or very close/on your ear? Looking forward to your reply.
Or just go to a barber

Can we do a hack for edge ups for those of us in quarantine??
So is there a difference in the blade for the face and one for the body?
Hi there, thanks for your question. Our OneBlade is designed to trim, edge, and shave hair of any length. The difference of the face and the body blade is that the latter comes with a guard, as an extra layer of protection for the sensitive areas. Hope this helps! If you have any further questions, feel free to let us know!
@@Philips Yes this helps. So the answer if the blades are different is no :)
That's correct, Distorson! :)
I got the model with the Bluetooth, weird how there is a nicer looking model with a screen on it but no Bluetooth, if there was then I would have bought that instead
Will OneBlade be better than my Muhle R41 + feather blades?
