Hi guys, I am going to help you out with the Dutch. Keizers means as Producer Michael correctly said "ruler" or "emperor". Gracht means "Canal". Keizersgracht is one of the three main streets in Amsterdam which has a canal or waterway in the middle of it, with nice old houses at each side built in Amsterdam's GoldenAge (16th Century) during which trade took a boom. I don't think it's so much afraid to leave but doesn't find a need to. If you think about it in the area he's at his office is just a few miles away and plenty of restaurants and shops are there so there's no need to go out further. Plus he's married and older so the night life doesn't hold the same attraction. I think you would find it much the same with most people in his position (even without the money.)

The reason there is no walls on the roof is there is a maximum height you're allowed to build. Elevator shafts and a few others things can go over the height limit

I've noticed that recently there have been more and more transitions between your walkthroughs in the houses instead of longer continuous shots. That gives me a feeling that something happened that you don't want us to see or simply an unauthentic/edited/commercial vibe.. Back in the day you guys used to do long scenes with just organic content and banter, really wish you would start doing that again. Love you!
