Extra tip: If you want the head to move more, like Scary Larry's, fit the hat loosely and let the wire do the work. You can also tie the wire in a loop right under the T, and that will give you more swivel.
My wife forgot I was doing this, and totally got spooked when she pulled in the driveway, haha. To be fair, I also briefly forgot about these guys, and had a mini heart attack when I almost bumped into one of them later that night.
