Hi shweta, technique for male or female remains same. Yes definitely if patient is heavy therapist can take assistance of belt or some other person for better approach.
Hi, thanks for commenting. Here in this video all the techniques I have demonstrated, pelvis is properly stabilised. 1. Posterior glide - patient half out of the couch holding opposite limb with both hands(knee to chest) stabilises pelvis for me. 2. Anterior glide- patient side lying , I am stabilising ASIS . Prone lying , patient’s one limb is in contact with ground as explained in video which again stabilises pelvis. Hope you get this right now.
