Dear as I can understand from D2 flexion and D2 extension you told same as written on blackboard but in the start D1 Flexion and D1 Extension is not in symmetry with you have written on board and what you have shown. Kindly clarify. Thanks
Hi I have tried to explain the same thing as mentioned on the board. May be you got confused because D1 flexion forearm is going for supination and I have told it will be like removing bulb.(normally removing bulb we will do pronation). But it was in context to when going from flexion to extension it’s like you removed bulb and keeping it down.
Hope this helps to understand
Thank-you so much.✌️❤️
Welcome 🙌🏻🙌🏻😄
Sir boht achcha explain karte ho aap thank you🙌
Sir theory notes ke liye reference book bataye
You are welcome , you can find this topic in kisner
in case of frozen shoulder......pnf and Spencer which is better
As you can not perform full ROM in frozen shoulder, it’s better to start with mobilization and Active assisted movements. Once you start getting improvement in Range you can try any of the techniques like PNF or spencer
Thank you so much sir 🙂
You are welcome 🤗
Why we perform it ,,what is use of it???
We perform it to break patterns of post stroke patients as well as to promote strength for functional movements for patients
Please explain about reciprocal inhibition...
Yes surely will do in next parts of this series 🙌🏻

Which one grip apllied for pnf techniqe
What is difference between d1 and d2
You will get to see in this video. Both have different patterns of movement
Can we apply pnf patterns in patient of paraplegia .Is it useful?
you can apply PNF to break synnergy pattern and initialte movement, Paraplegia means if spasticity is there it might be helpful. otherwise more effective from paresis instead.
