2013 town and country fuel issue

How to fix 2013 town and country fuel issue. Parts can be bought at auto zone it’s a add-a-Circuit for about $6 you would need to kits to tie them together and add dual fuses for each kit. Do this before buying a fuel pump or fuse box.

Sorry, I’m late to this show. What exactly is the fuel problem being fixed? I looked in my fuse box and see that I have this cable, but have no idea why it’s there!
My problem is that until a few weeks ago my T&C started first time/every time. Now sometimes I need to pump the gas pedal several times in order to get fuel to the engine during startup. The engine runs fine once it’s started. My Chrysler dealer is booked until mid-January 2024.

What makes it do that? Why do you need to bypass it?

I tried just running a wire to each of the fuses and had issues like either the van wouldn't shut off or the fuel pump would still run after shutting off

Any idea how to test the fuel pump. I tried this bypass and the problem persist.
