This car is wonderful, I have one hybrid 2023 iridium.
Very good review thank you from England.
Thanks for watching!
Great Vid! We have owned Subaru ( Finding the latest models are less in build quality, reliability and materials used, won't be buying another Subaru ) and BMW. We have just purchased a Lexus UX250h and WOW! It really is a fantastic driving experience, it's a relaxing drive and very comfortable. It really is a perfect daily for my wife, very happy with it and should be on your list if looking for a smallish crossover.
Thanks for sharing!
Just bought one a month ago with the "luxury" package (only one on the lot). Love the heads up display - had one in a camaro ss a few years ago. Nav is included for 3 years. After that it may be whatever i have on my phone (I think) but should i keep this thing for 10 years and want their nav that's still under $200+/- Cdn for a total of 10 years. Radio upgrade is very nice. Fuel economy is excellent. Performance is adequate and with the electric motor torque it works well enough. I have no concerns merging onto a fast freeway and a shorter merge lane. Comfort is superb. Just the wife and me. Here in Canada we are getting bent over the table wit the fed gov't fuel taxes so this means that within reason I don't care - nothing I can do anyway. Reliability is something important to me and with Lexus it's unlikely there will be many problems. Only negative comment for me is no spare tire but it has run flats and if the tire doesn't get destroyed are allegedly good for 100km. This is a well thought out vehicle. Edit: This is the first video of yours I have viewed. I like your style so I subscribed.
I just got one of these (fwd). amazing car for the price! The tradeoffs (small back seat and trunk, slow acceleration) are worth the comfort, safety features, and all-around good-looking car. the way lexus gets you is with the $$$ maintenance. not looking forward to my oil changes, but hey, at least it’s a beautiful comfortable vehicle (unless you’re jammed in the back seat, which I won’t be because it’s mine) 😊
Sounds like you found a good car that suits your needs.
Its actually quick at 0-60 in 7 seconds. The 4wd is slower than the 2wd.
My UX250h is smooth confy quiet quick and economical at 54 MPG (UK).
It might to 0 to 60 in 7 seconds...if you push it off a cliff.
Good job, Brian! Would like to know more about your driving position. jc
Check out the seating position episode on the channel. It’s a great explainer. Let me know how it goes!
i was thinking about this beauty, it is very helpful thx a lot !
You're welcome 😊
Subscription based navigation for sub par software, that's a deal breaker and shame on Lexus for doing that... shame!
Really? Most people do not use the built-in navigation these days, they’d rather use CarPlay or many of the other, freer options.
Hey! The new infotainment system is an overhaul and not sub par at all. You should go and try it yourself. It's pretty good and quite similar to Mercedes. The old one was shitty. Also, I am not sure why people are paying so much attention to an infotainment software for a car that's a deal breaker!! Literally more than the safety features, finesse, quality and reliability. It's not a mobile phone for god's sake!!! And anyways, the speaker system is still one of the best in the market. 🤷🏻♂️
What subscription? My Lexus has nav and there is no subscription.
I would drive it if they would sponsor me. Otherwise, I'll stay with my supped up Yugo sport HV. you are always wanting more power. Typically politician.
This car is too fast for you.
