You could always hang a piece of fabric (curtains, sheets) around your desk to hide the wires and to add some decorations. I like the setup, it seems to flow well!
I love the library wire rack display. Just a thought …I would move the printer and the computer to the opposite side of the book shelf and desk they are currently on so the cords are closer to the plug ins and don’t need to stretch so far. It will all work out prayers for you sweet lady.
I would get rid of the metal book shelves do 2 of the small white ones side by side and put the third on on top but center it and do fiction in that book shelf
How to you mange your library do just let kids take any books they want, do you limit the number of books they can take or do you make them “sign out” the books they want so you know what books are out of the library and when. As a junior high school student I have see May different ways of how teachers manage the library.

Is it possible for the custodian to take the filing cabinet out since you don't use it? Maybe another teacher in the building would like to use it?
